My driver side window was stuck and wouldn’t go up or down. After talking to a super helpful Lulu on the phone I brought the car in for 10am. They DROVE me home while I waited!!! At 11am I was called as the window was fixed and they would come and PICK me up!!! The window works perfect everyone was friendly and so nice!

Scott at Master Glass was terrific! Master Glass accomodated our need for a replaced windshield (due to faulty installation from another glass company) within 2 hours so we could go on a planned road trip. GREAT experience here.

ok — so maybe I jumped the gun on this one. Both windshields have been loose & I’ve taken the car back 3 times. The last time they said they’d replace the windshield & when we got the car back, the same windshield was in &was still loose. The tinting makes noise & it won’t stop & they won’t fix it! Ugh — so aggravating.
