BEWARNED: Do not go to this place!!! 1. It is in a shady-looking plaza next to a pizza shop, an alley, and an even shadier«nail shop.» 2. The customer service is AWFUL! They require that you pay before the service 3. They do not honor Unilocal coupons and add additional restrictions once there. I purchase a coupon and once I arrived they told me that I would only receive a 60-minute massage although it was not stated on the voucher. They also added that coupons should not be bought through Unilocal,but directly with through them, which was not stated on the coupon either. I ended up leaving and not getting the massage. Awful customer service and very unscrupulous business. After my review, I received a reply stating that there was a «confusion» on price. However, when I asked to pay even before the massage, which is quite strange, I was told that the price was $ 70, which is the value of the coupon that I purchased. They told me that if I hadn’t purchased the coupon, it would have been $ 70, but with the coupon it would be $ 90 and they couldn’t honor it. S-H-A-D-Y!!! Unilocal,I recommend not doing business with this establishment. Very unscrupulous.

Don’t expect a massage if you just walk in because they don’t have more than two people working at anytime if there’s 6 different massage rooms They don’t ask you if you need a sports massage Swedish massage or relaxation massage they just asked hard medium or soft and then it’s kind of a gamble When finished they’re more concerned with getting paid and signing you to buy one get one free deal than they are in making you feel relaxed Begging for a tip before you even get out of the room is also a letdown

My friend brought me there recently and it was a pretty good first-time massage experience. The cost was not as much as I expected. To be honest I had never believed in massage but my experience at Unique Spa changed my opinion. The worker there were really skillful and the place was all nice and clean. I will definitely go hang out with friends there again.
