My husband loves the lox bagel and they prepare it quick and yummy. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but the guy that took our order was able to give me patience and a suggestion with a smile. I had a delicious berry smoothie with our meal. I only wish they had a low sodium/carb menu too. The place is clean, well-organized, business traffic is busy every time we’re there and everyone was friendly.

I have TRIED for about 5 months now, to give this place a chance to get better. It just doesn’t. The employees are, on the whole, VERY nice people. BUT, the service is not good. My order is incorrect or missing something most of the time. Will not be going here anymore. The staff needs better communication in order to fix their service problems.

Decided to visit the place, drove 15 miles for bagel & Coffee, guess I was craving. New store, clean and bright. There were about four customer ahead of me in line, tool 10 min to reach the cashier. Placed order and took another one 10 to get the food. Overall, service is very slow, food not that bad. I don’t know if I want to come back to try the sandwiches, hopefully when service improves

I was impressed with my service today that I had to get out of my Unilocal hiatus and write a review. I walked in the morning ready to surprise my team of 10+ people at the office with breakfast. The place was getting pretty busy and I regretted not calling beforehand to get in my large order of the Baker’s dozen with coffee. However, the girl at the register was courteous and service was fast. My order was ready in about 5 – 10 minutes and the sweetheart even helped bring some items to my car as I had a lot to carry! The bagels, coffee, and orange juice were a hit among my coworkers. The cream cheeses were good too as I picked one of my favorites, honey almond. Will definitely visit here again.

This place is over priced… a coffee, bagel with cream cheese, and Taylor ham egg and cheese for $ 18.96. 0 – 0

Bagels are nothing spectacular and they are way over priced, sandwiches are good but again too expensive. Eggs and Taylor ham are cheap and they gouge you for a breakfast sandwich. I’d rather go across the street to shoprite and get one of their breakfast sandwiches well worth the money and you get a lot of sandwich

Best freshly baked Bagels, fresh brewed coffee. Friendly and fun atmosphere. Very fast service and good quality food. The menu has variety if choices breakfast brunch or lunch. Their grilled food is excellent. A must visit

Want to start off by saying I gave this place two stars because the first time I was there when they first opened, I got a breakfast wrap that was pretty darn good, and despite the huge crowd I was in & out in a reasonable amount of time. I haven’ t been back though since my coffee break is 15 minutes and I usually assume the place will be too crowded to get in and out quick. Today however with everyone staying home from work because of winter storm«Juno» a coworker and I were hungry and I thought if they were open they’d be empty and I could get two breakfast sandwiches real quick. So I walk in and as suspected the place appears dead, there’s 3 or 4 people sitting at tables and 4 or 5 guys working behind the counter. I grab a vitamin water and walk up to the register which is vacant, and I wait, and wait, and wait some more. 2 or 3 guys in blue shirts are all working around the grill, 1 guy in a blue shirt is running around prepping bagels and whatnot, and 1 guy in a black shirt is down the right side of the counter doing I don’t know what. Eventually the guy running around in the blue shirt acknowledges me with a nod and goes back to what he’s doing, and I go back to waiting. After a little while the guy acknowledges me again, doesn’t say anything, just kinda gestures to wait a second and glances at the guys on the grill. When I walked in I was the only person standing there, now there’s two people behind me, the guy in the blue shirt goes to answer the phone, hands it off to the guy in the black shirt then comes back by me looks at me and the other people on line and signals toward the guy in the black shirt. So I figure OK the guys at the grill are busy and this guy in the black shirt standing at the other register will help me. So I walk down there and the guy is in the middle of a phone order. So I’m waiting again, and as I’m waiting I look back at the people who were behind me and they’re still standing over by the first register. So I continue waiting, looking at the guy in front of me waiting for him to get off the phone. I look back at the original register I was standing at, and now a different guy in a blue shirt is helping the woman that was standing behind me. At this point I’m pretty annoyed because my 15 minute coffee break is shot, so I look back in front of me and the guy in the black shirt is gone doing something else. I finally got fed up, left my vitamin water on the counter and walked out. Considering there were more staff then customers in the place when i walked in the service was horrendous, and I will probably never bother going back.

I don’t know if I was just hungry or that was just the best egg, cheese and bacon on a Everything Bagel I can ever remember eating.

Went there today to see if it had improved. No. First, the cute girls that used to take ones order are gone, now there is a non-English-as-a-first-language dude there to mess up instead. It took a few back and forth exchanges to get my order taken — a Large coffee, a juice and a toasted cinnamon-raisin bagel with just a little cream cheese. Well I got an untoasted bagel with lots of cream cheese which I had to remove. I should have known that there was no way that the details were going to make it thru the language barrier. Prediction: this place will not be there for long.

I’ve driven by this place for months — and originally thought this was a local mom & pop type store. Little did I know — this was actually a chain — and a very good chain as well. If you like a variety of breakfast sandwich, this is the place for you. Lots of hot and cold options available on a variety of bagels that they make on site. Definitely the selection, and quality of the bagels are way different than Dunkin Donuts right next door. This place is good for their bagels, but I wasn’t too impressed with their coffee selection — but I think if you were to dine-in, there is free re-fills on that, as well as with fountain drinks.

What’s to like here: — good variety of bagels, wraps and sandwiches for a decent breakfast — astes much better than the Dunkin Donuts next door — decent coffee and other drinks like flavored lemonades

I was thrilled to see a Manhattan Bagel in our area again. I stopped here the other morning and picked up a sesame bagel, toasted with butter and a bottle of water. The bagel could have been sliced more evenly, but otherwise it was great. Both girls working the registers were very pleasant and I do like that they call you by your name — nice personal touch. I had work so I ate my bagel on the run, but the dining area was clean and modern.

Bagel place with great variety and good service. We got here just before their grand opening. Clean and new with lots of tables. Excellent coffee selection. I plan to come back for lunch later this week.
