If you own a later model Toyota, you know the pain of taking it in to a dealer for service. It is more of a pain in the wallet, and also getting your car in to their schedule more then anything else. That is where Adler Automotive comes in. I had the dash lights come on for a Sequoia I had just got. Called Stevenson Toyota to see if they could tell me what the codes I was seeing on the dash meant, no luck. Stopped by Adler and they totally stopped what they were doing to find out what was going on with my car. All it needed was a new gas cap. The owners really took care of my problem. Will be taking my future Toyota service issues to Adler and saving some $$$ over a big name dealer charging $ 120 hour labor.

About 2 months ago I took my car for new brakes. I waited to give this review to make certain all was well. I had a bad bad experience with the prior place we had gone for years, but the manager changed and so did the quality.
Anyway — I am sooooo happy with my car’s brake performance — meaning I haven’t noticed ANY PROBLEMS — WOOO HOOO. I had been fighting the last place for 2 years to get them right. And I spent less money at Adler!

The lady who set my appointment and completed my payment over the phone was super friendly. Had a timing belt change and a motor mount fixed, car is running great! Pricing very fair. Definitely will return!

Chad is a great mechanic and an honest guy. When I brought in my just bought, used Suburban that had an axle seal leaking, he pointed out that it was probably still covered until the original warranty (it was and saved me a couple hundreds of dollars) and another one needed to be fixed, also. They also fixed my Honda wiper fluid pump quickly and for a good price.

I bought an 87 4runner from Chad Adler. I was still in Atlanta (recently moved to Colorado) and had a friend pick it up. Adler Automotive put a motor in the truck and new timing components on the motor. The craigslist ad stated that there were NO LEAKS and it leaks BADLY from the timing cover. I understand that the sale was AS IS but the craigslist ad was misleading. no leaks means no leaks and he told me he could «tighten a few bolts, but that’s the best i can do». Adler did not even make an effort to help a paying customer. shame on you. that is not what a hard working individual wants to deal with, or pay money to a business that is not helpful to their customers.

My Tacoma was due a transmission/​differential/​transfer case fluid change. Adler was much cheaper than the dealer. Easy to get an appointment and by the time I had a leisurely breakfast a block away it was done. Nice clean job, easy and quick. Happy to recommend Adler.

I made a last minute appointment to get my oil changed while my son was at school. It turned out that my front wheel was about to fall off of my car, so I basically owe Chad my life and my sons! Not really, but I was very thankful that he did a thorough inspection of the car. I ended up needing to replace the wheel barring. Being a busy mama I could not afford to be car less for a day so Chad offered to pay for a rental car for me! I have never had such honest and truly customer based service from a car shop.
I have a mechanic that I have used for the past 3 years, I think I found a replacement for him! Great service, honest people! I highly highly recommend Adler Automotive!

Nice guys and quick. They fixed the immediate problem at hand, which is expected.
However they avoided any discussion or suggested and fixes for some other obvious things going on with my car. Things that were definitely out of place.
I guess this is when it comes down to a question of style. Do you want a shop that simply fixes what you want, or do you want a shop that utilizes their expertise and suggests some additional solutions to auto-​specific challenges?
I probably would have found the money, if they had only suggested some fixes for my other issues. Thus I have to ding them for not trying. A sincere pitch would have earned them another star.

I went to Adler Automotive based on Unilocal reviews, and I’m glad I came. It was easy to make an appointment, and they let me reschedule an appointment when I needed it. They checked out my vehicle (at my request) while they did my oil change and gave me an estimate on what will need to be fixed. I feel like Chad was being honest with me and didn’t come up with a bunch of things that didn’t need to be fixed. I will definitely come back.

So glad that several different friends recommended Adler Automotive. They’re solid!
Even though we don’t own a Toyota (their specialty), we brought our SUV (Dodge Durango) here to finally get several ongoing issues taken care of. Remember this:
?? Well, that «not really a problem» has now turned into a safety issue where exhaust was coming into the car interior and we were breathing it. Adler gave us an estimate that was actually LOWER than Arvada Auto, so we decided to get the work done. We also had them fix our spare tire holder, which broke off from under the car while my wife was parked somewhere. Luckily she was parked. Fluid change, fix some burnt out signal bulbs, and we were out the door. Yeah, they did it over 2 separate days, but now the car runs like a dream. My wife thought I might have bought a new car and switched it out on her.
Since Adler is close to our new home, they’re going to be our go to auto repair shop for both of our cars. Heck, I’m considering getting a Toyota for our next car since it’s their specialty.

I drive a 2004 Prius and really am uncomfortable being stuck needing to go to the dealership for all Prius related service. These guys are amazing! Reasonably priced, work really quickly, are HONEST, and know their stuff. I would take any car there. They are awesome! You cant go wrong.

I learned about Adler automotive from a good friend here in the Denver area and took my 2002 Honda Accord in because the vehicle was having challenges starting. It turned out to be a bad relay and was priced more fairly than any other shop one will find out there (that is a good shop anyway). The job would have likely been $ 200 to $ 250+ at the dealership and my damage here was only $ 120.88 (with Chad Adler who is simply honest, trustworthy and experienced)! What more would anyone want and need when it comes to auto repair? I understood that Chad Adler has been an ASE certified mechanic for several years and has done a ton of work with one of the top Planet Honda mechanics in Golden. I’ve been employed with a partner of AAA for quite a while. I say this because all consumers out there should feel as comfortable having their vehicles serviced here as much as any AAA approved auto repair shop. This shop will be AAA approved in the near future and the only reason it’s not now is because of the extensive turn-​around time it takes to get the process completed. I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone out there and would not take my vehicle anywhere else from here on out in the Denver Metro area!

Overall this place is great. Great service and great prices. I would go there again and again.
