Apple Aire did a great job replacing my furnace and air-conditioning in my home. Their prices are reasonable and their staff is very friendly. I ultimately chose Apple Aire based on a combination of knowledge and price. The technician who first came out to my home explained, in detail, the models and features of their HVAC line and which ones would be the best for my home. He did not try to up-sell me on something I didn’t need and ultimately just wanted to provide the best solution. The installation staff were on-time, courteous and left my home very clean when they were finished.

Installed new HVAC and replaced furnace. I did have to call and have them come back twice after work was finished and paid but they were very responsive and Matt spent time and showed all completed work with detail, very professional– he was very good and prob should have been sent with someone which is why I had to call again but they came right out and stood behind the quality of their work. I did not pay for any estimates and had them quote other work aside from this. I quoted 4HVAC companies and they were priced competitive, I ultimately chose because they were so responsive from the start of quote and they were after install as well so I would recommend.

Apple Aire installed an evaporative cooler(swamp cooler) to our house in Littleton and we love it! This is a local family operated business with the highest ethical standards and I highly recommend others give them a call for their HVAC furnace, A/C or boiler issues. They also helped me with all the paperwork to get the Xcel Energy rebate for $ 1000. They filled out all the paperwork and delivered it to me to sign and send. Got my check from Xcel in about a week. Awesome. Thanks Todd, Shane and the Apple Aire team!

Learn from my mistake and do not invite these people into your home. Their service call is $ 125 whether they do anything or not. I was told I had a cracked heat exchanger on my furnace after the Technician removed one screw from the unit and made a visual inspection. The Tech never completed a carbon monoxide test but merely advised me to turn off the furnace and then proceeded to quote +$ 9K pricing for a new furnace &AC unit. Two visits later from other contractors and one from Xcel Energy confirmed no leaking carbon monoxide & no need to replace these appliances. Apple Aire employed scare-tactics and deep discounts(after inflated pricing) and additionally got paid $ 100 for their self-motivated advice. This $ 100 lesson taught me to avoid any repair person who doesn’t give free estimates & go with word of mouth from your friends. I found them through the Tom Martino website & now am skeptical of both. 1 star is assigned only to enable ability to post.

Apple Aire has been to my home to fix my furnace. I called around before AA and several places told me I needed to replace my furnace. New furnaces were very expensive. Apple Aire fixed my furnace at a resonable price. This is second season after my furnace has been fixed and its working great! This is a family business that works on integrity.
