Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I walk in on a Saturday morning with one customer before me and two behind and I didn’t wait any more than 15 minutes for my reservation. Dalton got me (and all of us) in and out so efficiently, working the front single-​handedly I might add, calmly and courteously like a total pro. I will gladly rent from this location many times to come. Fast, friendly, and completely painless: Highly recommend! Great rate… awesome car!

I received a great rate (about $ 20/​day) on a decent car (Ford Focus) and, though I made the reservation for 2 days originally, I’ve been absolutely screwed by my car’s warranty repair, forcing me to extend the reservation repeatedly… this has not been a problem for the staff, who politely and quickly took care of me over the phone in about a minute.
Pick-​up was a non-​issue, and I suspect drop-​off will be just the same. They’ve even offered to bring me over to the dealership when the time FINALLY comes.
This Enterprise location is the best part of an otherwise crappy situation and I thank them for that!

I rented a car for the weekend from this location and they were very helpful and friendly. When I picked up the car it only took 10−15min for the whole process and I was out the door. I had called ahead to verify they had my coupon for an upgrade and they actually ended up upgrading to an even larger size. Then when I returned the car I missed their closing time by about 1 ½hrs, but still did the after hours drop off. When I called to make sure they had the car and keys, they verified the amount, which was more than what had originally agreed upon, but it was because of the extra day. The agent quickly removed that and went back to the original amount. Fantastic experience. Thank you!!!

Enterprise seems reasonable until they charged me more they should…
Enterprise quoted me a lower price for a car. When they gave me the total price of the car + insurance for 5 day rental=$ 550!
WTF, I told the guy over the counter – NO MORE! From here on I’ll go to a car share! He then adjusted the price but this whole experience gave me a red flag never to use them again, I shouldn’t experience price gouging!

Devastated. The initial rental of the vehicle was great, thorough, and I was out the door in no time. The woman who assisted with my rental was thorough but told me I need not critique the vehicle for any dings or dents larger than a quarter, even showing me a sheet with sizes to note. She then explained the offered insurance and requested my insurance deductible information. She warned to beware of hail with the weather the area had been receiving. I explained I would be taking the vehicle out of state, which she noted in my rental agreement. Upon return of the vehicle a gentleman went out to inspect the vehicle and returned to tell me the vehicle had suffered hail damage from my trip. Unfortunately I did not encounter any type of weather that permitted hail on my vacation. They stated they had the ‘customer’s best interest’ but that a body shop estimator would come out to indicate it was in fact hail damage and that they would review previous rental history of the vehicle for any missed documentation. I am extremely disappointed and upset with this treatment, I feel this is a scam, and I have both filed a claim with the BBB as well as contacted Enterprise’ Corporate office. I was informed from other’s who’ve rented from the same location that they’ve overheard the same scam occurring with another customer in front of them. I would beware before you rent from here.

If I could leave no stars I would! I moved here from another state and I am waiting for my car to be delivered, I CALLED a Enterprise Agent and booked a car for the weekend. Well after walking in the snow and very cold weather for 7 miles I got to this Enterprise an low and behold they wanted 2 documents showing that I was a resident. (aww out of state people usually rent cars!!!) we obviously I don’t have a cable bill, power bill, gas bill, phone bill or drivers license showing I’m a resident but please let customers know we need these this to rent a car. So what happend was the ladies at the front desk just shushed me out the door once again into the snow and very cold weather to walk back to my home! Well good lesson learned you should stay away from businesses with bad reviews because I guess they are all true! Good going Enterprise of Wheat Ridge Colorado!

Took care of everyone before myself with a smile and told them their vehicles would be ready in «just a minute.» When he got to me, someone younger looking, I had to wait 45 minutes.
Prior to arriving in the store, I was on hold for 20 minutes and actually had to call from my husbands phone to be attended, while still on hold on another line
Never had to file a claim or get a rental car in my life, and Nicholas, the Assistant manager at this location has left a very bad impression on me.
Extremely rude and horrible customer service. Would not recommend his branch to anyone coming to visit.

So far so good. I’ve been visiting this store location for five years now, and have had a positive experience nearly every time.
The faces around the store definitely change nearly every season, but friendly has been my experience most of the time.
Sometimes the «we’ll pick you up» option takes more time than usual, so plan for at least a ¹⁰⁄₁₅ min delay, maybe more on busier days such as Mondays.
The $ 9.99/day weekend special during the non-​summer months is very nice and I’ve definitely taken advantage of this offer when we need an extra car for the busy weekends.

When standing in line and the phone rings and the attendant say I’ll help whoever is next then proceeds to take three phone calls… yeah never going back.

My first experience with a rental car company, and boy it was not a pleasant one. My car was involved in a head on collision– other driver claimed someone «waived him out», trying to turn left across four lanes of traffic. My car went in the shop, and I was offered a rental car through enterprise from the other driver’s insurance. They said it would be completely taken care of. About three days before my car went in the shop, I received a call from this office. I was told they would need my driver’s license, and a credit card (but only to put on file) when I picked up. I asked again, if they would need to charge anything to my card, they assured me it would not be charged.
I went in to drop off my car on Tuesday. Enterprise had a mini office in the body shop. The lady at the desk immediately asked me for my license and credit card to put a $ 50 security deposit on. I told her that was not explained to me, and let her only do a deposit of $ 25. She also pressured me to purchase the Enterprise car insurance, and their gas. I didn’t do either, as this is already covered under my own car insurance.
The car was fairly new, and I did not have any problems with it over the two days that I needed it. When I returned the car, nobody was at the mini office in the body shop. They told me that they could call them, but it would take around 30 minutes for someone to get back. I was only on a break from work, so I did not have time to wait around. I was told someone would give me a call that day and let me know that they received the car and everything was okay, and they would refund my deposit, or tell me that I owed for gas, etc. I never received a call. Three days later, I still had not heard a peep, so I called in.
Upon calling in, I spoke with the same gentleman that I had talked to the first time. Yeah, the one that neglected to tell me that they would ask for a deposit. I explained that I had returned the car, and still had not heard from anyone. He said that they received the car, and he would put in the refund to my credit card (that should have already been done). He also asked how my experience was, I told him pretty crappy. He wanted to know that they could do to improve it. When I told him to make sure that they informed people of the deposit, etc, he said, «I really need to make sure that my team is disclosing that to everyone.» I’m sorry sir, but you were the one that didn’t disclose that information, since it was you that called to confirm all of my info.
If I ever need to rent a car in the future, it will not be from Enterprise.

If you are a drunk aggressive driver who has just destroyed all your neighbors vehicles and got a DUI-(oh I’m sorry dropped your cell phone”-am I bad) after fighting with your psychotic girlfriend, this place will gladly rent you a car next day. Absolutely amazing that after totaling all my vehicles including the car I just bought and it was only a miracle Mr Tanner didn’t drive through our house, this place will rent you a vehicle next day. Now that is a great company to have in the neighborhood.

OMG. The manager, Erik, was so rude! He acted like I was a 16 year old kid just getting my license. I went to this Enterprise because I really like the rest of the staff and have had previously great experiences when visit Denver.
Sorry to the rest of the staff, who were very apologetic for his behavior.
Erik should find an new job (maybe the DMV) and then the place would be 5 star.
