Being a Realtor in the Denver area it is a must to know of a trustworthy HVAC company. I became familiar with Million Air through another Realtor in 2015. This past year I have referred several clients and neighbors to Million Air-​all seem very happy with their service and pricing. Last Saturday I had an issue with my own furnace. Of course bitter cold temperatures were on the way for the area. I called a company that did work on my furnace in 2014 only because it may have been warranty work. This other company tried very hard to sell me a new furnace (my current furnace is around 10 years old) and stated several times the work they were doing was only a band aid-​that there was no guarantee the furnace would continue to operate. I agreed to have them install a part because it was a Saturday afternoon with cold on the way and did not want to take a chance on having the furnace fail. They also stated the a/​c coil needed to be cleaned to increase air flow but again it was only a band aid for the furnace. An appt. for the next Wednesday was tentatively scheduled for them to clean the coil.
Monday I had Million Air come out to give me a 2^nd opinion. Jerry from Million Air was polite and professional and explained the furnace was too large for the square footage (with 3 previous visits from the other company I was never told this). He did some adjusting and also increased the fresh air intake to the furnace. His estimation was I had another 5 years at least with this furnace-​it was simply working too hard because it was too large for the space and needed more fresh air intake. Bottom line-​Million Air made me feel at ease about the furnace, got it working just great (it now seems to work better and quieter), and for much less than the other company was going to charge me. I will be happy to refer anyone to Million Air.

We got 5 quotes and Million Air was the only one that took the time to explain his quote and all the features and benefits of the equipment. Moved forward with new tech high efficient Furnace and AC purchase and install. Installed in 2 days and they took care of all the issues and concerns I had with the install. We love our new Furnace and AC and humidifier, keeps the home consistent temp and our gas and electric bills low!

Great reliable HVAC company I’ve used twice. Once for our water heater and once to add additional duct work to our older home in Denver. I’ve received two estimates and both were right on the money. I’d recommend them for any residential heat job.

These guys installed a new A/​C system for me. During the process, I spoke with about six of the employees. All of them were very professional, and they always knew me by name. I asked for some odd changes to the install job, and offered to pay more for them. The shop did what I asked, with no upcharge. The office and field guys were top-​notch, and I must say that I am a harsh critic. I had outside cousultation from a distant friend who is in the same business, and he agrees that Million Air Mechanical did give me a great value. Thank you to Betty, Zach, Ted, Darren, and the installer guys who were great, and someone whose name I forgot.

We had obstacles at first. However, Jim the owner was responsive and took care of issues himself. He evaluated the situation and explained things thoroughly. He went above and beyond to rectify and regained our confidence. Great job done.
