My husband and I lived here for one year from 2013 – 2014. We absolutely loved it! Great management(Cynthia is the best!). We had no problems. Grounds were well maintained and maintenance was always prompt. Neighbors were very friendly. Pool was so nice in the summer. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Rent was VERY reasonable. My favorite part was that the Clear Creak Trail is literally in the backyard-so I could walk right out my front door and take my dog running in a beautiful place. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

Not the prettiest place, but perfectly fine for the money. Pros, huge laundry room, very clean area, really nice little«mini-parks» between each of the sets of buildings. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do listen to your concerns(but you have to be intelligent and respectful and not go in with both guns blazing, as I suspect the other Unilocaler had trouble with). I’ve never seen Cynthia be unpleasant. She’s businesslike which I guess some people can mistake as «rude».(trust me, I’ve seen rude, she’s not). I came from halfway across the country to move here, and sight unseen, just from a phone call from me, she helped me out and was very reasonable in accepting my deposits in two parts(the move about killed me financially). Cons, maintenance is rather slow. Not bad, just slightly slow. And as someone else said there are a large number of section 8 layabouts(this leaving your door open and sprawling over your couch where anyone can see you practice is BIZARRE). Thank goodness this doesn’t happen in my building. That said, while they’re(section 8 tenants) a bit tacky, I’ve never had any unsafe moments here. The area is very quiet and is a quick walk to the Clear Creek set of trails, which is fantastic. Compare that to a Section 8 apartment building that used to be across the street from where I lived prior to this? Night and day. There’s nothing like what used to happen in Tukwila, WA where there was always profane yelling, kids smashing a basketball against the fence at all hours, cops there 5, 6 times a day. Nothing like that ever happens here, so if occasionally seeing(through a wide open front door) some guy sprawled on his couch watching Sports Channel in his pjs is the worst? It’s a decent place to live. Not the Taj Mahal, but decent.

We lived here for about a year and a half. The staff is nice, especially Carrie. When we had maintenance issues, they were taken care of in a good amount of time. The floor plans are spacious and a good value for the amount of rent you pay. The downsides to these apartments is that the basement levels have drains for snow/rain, but they get backed up, causing big puddles. I’m thankful that I didn’t live on that level and have to deal with that as I was coming to/going from my apartment. The neighbors, as with any other place, are hit and miss. When we first moved in, one of our new neighbors helped us move in(which we desperately needed) instead of going for his nightly jog. That same neighbor, along with a few others, helped us check on other neighbors when the really bad hail storm came through in 2009. One of our windows was broken during that storm, and it was replaced the next day without hassle. When we had to break our lease, Carrie was very nice and didn’t give us a hard time about it. All in all, we would move here again.

This place has gone very downhill. This is primarily Section 8 and they are renting to anybody. Very unsafe, wasted tenants and they are all jobless with nothing better to do than sit around all day and leave their doors wide open WIERD!!!
