Security Camera King

I waited a while before posting this review, but they refuse to make things right. Fair warning: Avoid this company. This purchase has been a nightmare. This equipment is no better than the $ 700 complete systems you can get from the common brands and it’s 1080 HD, supposedly. Took me weeks of email and arguing just to get the correct manual for the DVR I bought. I’ve since wasted months more of emails. Even with the correct manual, it is written very poorly. The $ 700 DVR I bought is also missing many important SIMPLE functions which baffled me. Problems have persisted from there. I bought 2 different models of cameras. The dome cameras I got have a bad image and require 2 amp/​channel just to look decent so you have to use individual power supplies for each one. (more money and inconvenience) I have one of the biggest power boxes available that puts out 1.1 amps per ch. and the images are still static/​noisy. Cameras normally require much less than 1 amp. The bullet camera however has a perfect picture powered by same box, has from the beginning. It’s also on the same EXACT cable as the rest. These jokers just want to blame the cables since I did not also buy overpriced ones from them even hough the bullet cam and other evidence says otherwise. If you’re willing to spend this much money I would do it somewhere else. Wish I had.
