This pharmacy refused to get a medication approved, encouraged me to pay cash for the prescription and now I am fighting with my insurance company to get reimbursed. I won’t use this store again.

I give kudos to the staff who actually stopped their conversation pretty quickly and helped me out. That seems to be a rare occurrence these days in the land of customer service. I don’t go to Walgreens very often, but I will definitely come back to this one.
