This place is a good 15 minutes from my house, in the opposite direction of work. But I will happily drive it.
You know it’s a good cup of coffee when you wake up stressed, with tons of things on your plate; but the thought of driving to Cuppy’s isn’t a part of the list. Instead it’s something that puts a smile on your face to help get the list/​day started.

It’s rare that I pass through Wheatland. On a whim, we decided to go a different route to our destination that required driving on Highway 65 through Wheatland. Before getting into town, my boyfriend and I knew that caffeine would soon be needed. I checked out Unilocal a few miles from town and found Cuppy’s Coffee, or as I mis-​called it, Cuppy Coffee.
We were met with a tiny little coffee shop with a drive through. There was only one car ahead of us so the wait time was much shorter than if you had gone through a Starbucks. I decided to branch out from my usual coffee, and order the Raspberry Mocha. Best decision ever.
I am a coffee worshiper and require lots of it. This drink (the large, by the way) satisfied me all the way until Fortuna, where I had my next caffeinated beverage. Very impressed!
Next time I drive through Wheatland, I’m stopping here! *Fingers crossed it’s during business hours!*

I generally have a great customer service experience when I come here. Today was different though. Not only did the young gal working not crack a smile while seeming disinterested and pained, but the overall presentation and appearance of my coffee was lacking. At least it still tasted good!
UPDATE** thought it might have been a fluke day, but nope. The new girl really is just plain terrible. She refuses to smile and acts like customers being there and her doing her job is a burden. Same shotty presentation work on the coffee too. Shame.

Four stars for a tasty regular coffee and friendly service. It fit my early-​morning café fix!
The only «ehhh» I have is that pouring the coffee and adding half-​and-​half seemed to take a while. There was another car on the other side but it seemed to take just a moment longer than necessary.
However, the coffee was good and I will definitely be back. Their having a military discount is great, too. Thanks!

The best coffee in town! The staff is so sweet, helpful and knowledgable. This is the 2nd time visiting and I will return, often! I highly recommend Cuppy’s to any and all coming through town.

Not bad! I ordered a special, Buttered Pecan Latte and it was pretty tasty! Service was fast and friendly. This spot has 2 drive thru windows. They honor the military here with 15% off your order! Yay!

I really enjoy this place. Very friendly and awesome staff very quick service. I would take this place over any Starbucks any day for sure. Love their dirty chai, iced or hot, thanks to a friend for the recommendation! I have been coming everyday so far :). They are an awesome local business. Also bought a couple of gift cards here for my works Christmas party. It’s an all around great place and a must try if you haven’t already!

Great mochaccinos and dirty chai lattes. Moved into the neighborhood from a city known for their coffee kiosks, and boy were we happy to have discovered this little place. So close by!
Great and friendly service and the staff are very willing to accommodate special drink mixture requests, which is a big plus to us!

Cuppy’s is my go-​to rest stop up in the Wheatland area when I am out on my cycling rides. I generally just stop for a double espresso and a refill on my water. The coffee is good. I won’t say it’s the best I ever had, but it’s quite good. Regardless, they get five stars from me for service. The staff is always cheerful and ready to please. They are glad to refill my water and chat for a few minutes while I take a break. The walk-​in area is small, but big enough to hang for a short time and bring my bike inside. As a rest stop, the only drawback is the lack of a restroom, but there are other places in Wheatland for that.

Too bad it took me so long to give it a try. Now it will be a staple on my many drives up and down 65.
