Really unhappy with the customer service here. I went to this particular one with a friend several weeks earlier and checked out a couple of products. One of the products I checked out was foundation.
Let me start out with the fact that while I was here with my friend, no one offered to help me even though there was only one customer looking at make up being helped already, the other two girls were talking the entire time ignoring my friend and I. After checking out the foundation and liking it I decided I would purchase it when I got paid.
Two weeks later I came back with my husband. I was ignored again, for almost 10 minutes I looked around at other stuff and not once was asked if I needed help. Finally I walked over and picked up the foundation that I wanted, and showed it to my husband. A lady came out of nowhere who work there, and said «please don’t touch that it’s not a tester, The testers are over there. «. I was taken aback by her rude attitude and so was my husband. However I sucked it up and walked over to where she had pointed to. I showed the foundation to my husband and then decided I would purchase it. My husband left to go get food and I walked up to the counter register area to purchase the foundation. I told the ladies he exact number and the fact that it was the foundation in the glass bottle and she said she would go get it for me. She came back with it in a black box, and rung it up and placed it in a MAC bag. It came a little higher than I thought it should but I assumed perhaps I had looked at the wrong price ticket. I paid for my product and met my husband at the food court.
In the middle of eating, I took the box out of the bag and opened it up to take a peek at my purchase only to be disappointed. It was the wrong thing, it was not even foundation, it was some sort of moisturizer. Now I understood why the price had come up differently. But I know that I had given her the exact number of the foundation shade I wanted and even said the word foundation. After finishing eating I had to go back to return it, and I was met with more attitude when I said she gave me the wrong item. Not only did she try to claim that I had asked for moisturizer, she also acted as if I was inconveniencing her by having to do the switch. Finally we made the switch and I was refunded the six dollar difference and I left. Once I got into the car before we left I opened to make sure that it was the right product and it appeared to be so. However once I got home the next day when I tried to use it I realized she had sold me the tester! The cap was broken, there was smudges on the bottle, and you could clearly see that there was some foundation in the little pump hole meaning it had been used already! Very upsetting experience, I will be returning the foundation, and never shopping at this counter again.
