Went back in to pick up my order on Friday(a week and a half for a simple print job-no thanks). The lady was apologetic, but offered a whole bunch of excuses for why things took so long. It sounds like their system isn’t set up well for the digital age– they can’t use the same computer to format and manage the order, so things take forever. I didn’t receive any discounts for my hassle, and I won’t be back. Took my next order to the Copy Center at Wheaton College and had my order turned around in 4 hours(same quantity, color ink, nicer paper.) I’ll go there instead.
