Best Home Renovations

So, I’m new to the area and have a new build house that has a few projects left to give it that «our home» feel. We asked our neighbors (yay for good neighbors!) who they had do their kitchen backsplash and they suggested The Best Home Reno team. We called and they were able to get us in on a schedule change 3 days later. Well, I can happily tell you my backsplash project left my to-​do list and is now sitting on my «done very well» list. Rhonda worked with us on timing, flexing for product availability with the short schedule window, Steve called ahead to adjust a finish time, Alex (our installer) was great. Skilled, respectful, professional, clean, pleasant and timely. He helped me select the perfect grout, as well. So, maybe you don’t have a neighbor to ask. Let me be that neighbor and. I’ll recommend you call Best.

Excellent work done installing kitchen backsplash tile. Arrived on time and installer (Alex) was knowledgable. The end result is outstanding. Would definitely recommend them for tile installation.

Had a bit of a rough start with them, but they made a decent effort to make things right. Some frustrating moments, but overall these people seem honest.

Hire Best Home Renovations! We interviewed and got bids from at least 8 other companies for our bathroom remodeling project so we knew a lot about what to expect. Steve Best (the owner), and all of his employees, exceeded all our expectations hands down. Steve’s quote was the best (pun intended), but that’s the least of our satisfaction with Steve. We had a dozen of questions before signing with Steve and he was very responsive in answering and providing the information we needed in order to make our final decision to sign with him. He arranged a starting date and sent Dave to do the demolition and rough in the shower. Dave arrived on time (there’s a surprise if you’ve worked with other contractors). Dave was friendly and without doubt the cleanest contractor I’ve ever seen. He explained what he was going to do and what the next stages were in the project. When he finished for the day, the work area and the rest of the house were spotless. We ordered the tile and Steve picked it up for us. He called us on Sunday night to asked about our selection. We had made a huge error in our size selection and Steve wanted to talk with us about it. Clearly we made a big mistake and Steve wanted to be sure we rethought our choice before installation. We picked out the correct tile and Steve returned our error — without charge. Rebecca is Steve’s customer service representative and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was timely in her response and I could tell that she really enjoyed her work because she worked hard to make our experience with Best Home Renovations a satisfactory one. Steve and his crew were very friendly, helpful in guiding us through our project, providing us with suggestions (tile design, grout color, shelf and soap dish location), and once again, very clean and respectful of our home. We’ve worked with a number of contractors in the past and Best is at the top of our list. This is a quality company lead by a quality individual that is reflected in his work and his employees. Our shower is spectacular, thanks to Steve. I would recommend Best Home Renovations without reservations for any project you have.

These guys were so good I’m reviewing them here like I did on Angie’s List! They came out to replace some tile work someone else messed up. They were on time for the estimate AND the scheduled work. They gave me some options, pricing and I went for it. They aren’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive either — I think it was a fair price for the work they did and I couldn’t be happier. I’m now wondering what else I can have them do at my house! Well done!!!
