I technically didn’t get the full opportunity to work with Beth. She came to my home, met my four children, referenced her faith in God and similar families to mine that she helped. We made appointments for everything needed to get our listing set up under the understanding we were on a very tight, strict deadline to get our house on the market. The morning of our first followup, she emails to let us know that although she felt terrible for our situation (4 children, 2 adults currently stuck in a one bedroom condo), it wasn’t worth enough money to her. To say I was shocked after how she came off in our initial meeting is an understatement.
