noooooooooooo!!! whyyyyyyyyyya!!! After a crappy two hours of of being in this mall. I just wanted to relax and gobble down a delicious elevate burger. Hold on… There’s a new restaurant across the way. Let me check out their menu… nah!!! Back to Ele. Burger. I walk back thinking I passed it. No! It was around here; I’m sure of it. I saw this couple looking into a display window full of mannequins fashionly dressed. Melancholy draped over me like a tarp would cuddle firewood, as I looked upward. There it was-«Elevation Burger» boldly legible… My eyes glazed and I cried to myself. R.I.P you’ll be missed.

I’m so sad. I love this place! They are definitely closed for good. The furniture inside is gone and they’ve packed up. Anyone know why they closed?

Unfortunately I think it’s closed now. I stopped by and they had a sign saying they were closed, and the number was out of service.

The burger was great, and even better were the fresh cut fries which stayed crisp until they were gone! Loved the coffee milk shake too. Giving thanks for discovering Elevation Burger.

Located at Wheaton Mall next to Panera and Costco, it might be hard to find a parking spot outside due to all the traffic coming from the shoppers(mostly from Costco). They have an entrance inside the mall, as well as their own entrance outside the building. The interior was actually quite spacious for a place that’s connected to a mall. Elevation Burger seems to have the environment in mind. They have tray settings made from recycled paper, tables made from«non-polluting» materials such as bamboo, and they also donate their used oil for conversion into bio-diesel(according to an excerpt from the tray setting). How does this all fit into the equation for the perfect burger? Well, I’ll tell you! With being eco-friendly, they also care about what ingredients they use in their food. Apparently, through all the signs, they grind their beef fresh daily and is 100% organic, grass-fed, and free-range beef. The veggies(tomatoes, lettuce, and onions) in my burger had a nice color and tasted fresh and crisp. I ordered the standard Elevation Burger(when in Rome, right?) and added raw onions and mushrooms. The burger was so juicy and packed with flavor. They blew my expectations out of the water! The fries were alright, but I wish they could’ve been a little crispier. It honestly didn’t even matter though, because the burger was finger-licking good! With freshness you can actually taste, this places high on my list of burgers to try. I was quite impressed. They certainly take the burger to a whole other level here at Elevation Burger!

The burgers tasted fresh and healthy. Fries were fresh but tasted average. The chocolate shake was very good. Interior is clean and the service was friendly, although when we entered the store no one was behind the register and we had to wait for about a minute. I would rate the burgers better than Five Guys but worse than In and Out and Shake Shack.

Went here after shopping at Costco. Service was fast. Food was yummy. I like how you can add unlimited selective toppings to your burger. And the burger was the perfect size for me. My friend and I split a small fry order. My bestie did bite into something hard. She said it was a bone. I didn’t have anything in my food.

I’ve been there three times. I always get the # 1 burger with lettuce and tomatoes and an order of fries. Their burgers are organic and the fries taste so homemade. If you’re in the mood for burger without the guilty feeling, I suggest this place.

Customer Service was great. They bring your food right to your table. The establishment is very well kept which means a lot when you decide to eat out. The price was what you would expect for premium organic burgers and fries. The burgers were good but it needs more seasoning and options like BurgerFi or Five Guys. Don’t get me wrong Elevation Burger is one the best places for healthy & delicious burgers in the DC area.

The burger meat is really fresh! I usually get mine wrapped in lettuce and the lettuce is always crisp. I’ve also gotten the buns and I love those too because– unlike five guys, they never go soggy! The shakes are also nice and thick. My daughter loves the chicken tenders and they also serve organic milk– for an extra charge. The service is fantastic! The ONLY reason I’m not giving them five stars is because the fries are oily and limp. We eat them anyway, because they are so good, in a bad for you way. We we still fans and will be back!

Not bad, but as other Unilocalers have pointed out there needs to be some je né sais quoi — something dazzling about the burgers. That said, the fries are pretty amazing, and making them fancy is an expensive option. You could always just let your burger drip all over them ANDTHEN eat them if your trying to go budget.

Man this place blew my expectations out the window. I really thought it would be an average burger joint but their burgers are amazing! Even though they’re small they definitely pack a punch especially with all the toppings you need including bacon. Very clean inside with friendly and hard working staff. Their new chicken sandwich is so smooth! It’s hard to decide which I like better now; the sandwich or burger LOL

We just ate here yesterday via a Groupon deal. My boyfriend got the double burger and I got the vegan burger. He liked his a lot. My vegan burger was amazing! The grain patty didn’t taste frozen and the bread was nicely toasted. I got raw onions, jalapeños, pickles, tomatoes and mustard. We both got the fries and finished them all. It was so good we will definitely be back. P. s. they have a separate entrance from the mall and I really like that.

Grass fed beef is ahead of the general public’s time. Love this place. Staff are always friendly and engaged. Would love to see them add sweet potato fries

With all the recent«gourmet» burger places popping up they all need to find a way to stand out. The environmental and organic message here is a nice touch but honestly it comes down to taste. The burger is solid. It tastes like good beef but doesn’t have any noticeable seasoning or herbs infused into the meat. A plain burger of high quality is very nice, but doesn’t resonate. I did really like the fries. Cooked in olive oil, thin, and lightly salted. They were great. The place is clean and the staff friendly. I am grading them harshly because their burger options are quite limited. There aren’t any unique ingredients or combinations that you would have to come for. What they do, they do well. This is a fine establishment but it doesn’t wow me, I want to be wowed!

The burgers here are good. About as good as any other Elevation Burger locations(I’ve been to Potomac and Tyson’s locations multiple times). This one seems to be quieter though. I suspect the Panera and Chipotle next door steals a lot of their thunder. Still pretty good! Juicy patties and their fries are fresh and crispy. Perhaps the sheer wonder of my first bite at Tyson’s is so unforgettable that I can’t quite rate this a 4⁄5 like I did the other location. Wish they sold sweet potato fries!

Given that I love eco things and organic food, this place is awesome. The burgers are yummy, as well as the fries(you can get cheese on them too now). The child sized burger is one patty — the size I usually get — and you can get up to 10 patties on one burger. Also their milkshakes are awesome — I got mine mixed with fresh mangoes and I loved it. My husband thought it was a little bland for him, but I think he is just use to super flavored things — which is not the point of fresh organic food. Yet the chocolate or oreo flavors would probably satisfy that flavor craving just as well. It’s a little higher priced if you’re use to regular fast food — but the quality is worth the extra cost.

I only had the burger … the kid’s one at that since I’m never a fan of two patties on a bun. Being my first time here and not knowing the concept — I was deeply disturbed when finding out about the Vertigo burger where you can stack anywhere from three to ten patties in one sandwich. A bit excessive? Anyway — my burger was good and tasty. You can tell the meat is of good quality and the toppings were fresh. I added cheddar, caramelized onions and the elevation sauce — which was quite tasty. This was the perfect quick fix during a quick Target run and … after a night of drinking ;)

I ventured into Elevation Burger today to see for myself if their organic and«better ingredients» did lead to a better tasting burger. Alas, they were only elevated because they were on the second floor of the Wheaton Mall. After perusing their menu for a bit, I decided to go for the Elevation Burger with fries and a drink. I felt like it would be a pretty standard thing to get and the best to gauge how this place is. Burger: In their restaurant, they compare how their burgers make you feel compared to other chains(see picture) Their claim is that other places leave you feeling bloated and needing a nap afterwards whereas their burgers make you feel like going for a bike ride. However, you probably don’t feel bloated because it is offset by your wallet being so empty and you want to ride your bike away from this place. The base cost is around $ 6 but they gouge you for toppings. They charge $.49 for each slice of «6 month aged cheese.» For that price, it should be 6 year old cheese with a 1st grade education. They also charge for some of the other toppings as well. They should take a note from the Five Dudes and let me load it up all the way or however I want to without having to go beg outside for extra change so that I can have 1 jalapeño on my burger or for a slice of cheese. Fries: They were given to me with a napkin on top to soak up the olive oil. I expected them to be hot then but NOPE. Cold and oily. If you’re gonna premake them and reheat them in oil, can you at least make sure they’re lukewarm? They tasted like a less yummy version of McDonald’s fries that cost $ 3. +1 for having Wild Bill Rootbeer. I love my rootbeer. The taste isn’t bad, but isn’t worth $ 8+ for the burger alone when you can get something similar or better elsewhere for less. My overall meal was ~$ 12 for the combo. I understand that organic food comes with the inflated organic price but meh. Id rather go eat the poorly treated cows at BGR for the same price and get their much tastier burgers or the Five Homies and load up on toppings. If I was trying to be healthy, I probably shouldn’t be chowing down on burgs anyways, ya know? Does this place live up to its name? A resounding NOPE. Bottom line: The only thing that is elevated here is the price. Take the elevator down and eat elsewhere.
