Better of the sandwich shops. Sometimes difficult to get special order items. For example items on the side, substitutions etc. No kids menu at Jimmy Johns is a real issue. You can order a slim or smaller sandwich but be carful if you make substitutes. They charge for everything.

Outstanding customer service. Very clean and pleasant location. The management did in fact make a mistake on our order for my wife’s company but was genuine enough to give us 8 free sandwiches and expressed is concerns and apologies.
I’m a big fan of Jimmy Johns’ in general but the class act on behalf of the management at this location has be driving 15 minutes out of my way just for the service. Sandwiches are always outstanding and fresh. A little hint you can buy day old bread for pretty cheap if you want to take some home and try the UNWICH for the low carb option!

I asked for hot peppers on the side, since sometimes they can be overwhelming. I was told they no longer put them on the side. Really??? Nice customer service, Jimmy John’s. With so many sub places around the corner, why in the world would you refuse a customer request??? Will not be back and will tell others to try Potbelly. It’s a shame, because the delivery guys are amazing!

Subs are bland.
tasteless.
bread is bland. mayo does not even help.
at least subway, quiznos, firehouse, has bread that kicks.
the music is LOUD, and it echos within the store, which makes the music even LOUDER. which does NOT make for an appetizing meal.
i seriously had this conversation with jimmy johns about delivery one day:

we only deliver to the west campus? call the Roosevelt location.
(CALLING THE ROOSEVELT LOCATION):

we only deliver to the west campus? call the Butterfield location.

what sandwich place has freaky fast delivery to only one part of a college?
the other part of the college is literally across the street.

BBest jimmy johns in the local area because they never mess up my sandwiches. Delivery is fast and always on point.

Villa Park, IL
This is my usual weekday lunchtime JJ location. It’s quick and the closest to my office. I’ve never had my sandwich made incorrectly and the folks always greet me and confirm back, since I like to specialize my #6, what I am having. The parking lot is not my favorite in the whole world but I will still keep coming back as long as there aren’t any other JJs closer to my workplace!
