The worst example of customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. Purchased a Groupon for hot stone massage to find out after days of no one answering the phone or it being busy that they have one person who can do it because another is becoming a yoga teacher. They don’t offer evening appointments and the weekends are booked. Their hours aren’t even on the website. Mary was rude and offered nothing but excuses for why they don’t answer the phone, call people back or have any availability to do the services they are selling on Groupon. Beware and find another place to relax. I experienced nothing but aggravation for something that is supposed to be enjoyable. I would never recommend this place. They should not be selling a service that they don’t have the capacity to provide.

This place is gorgeous! As soon as you walk in, you feel relaxed. It’s really clean and peaceful. I got a prenatal massage from Krystna and she was amazing. She addressed all my concerns and my body felt alive again when we were done. The massage room is probably the best massage room I’ve ever seen. It’s a big sized room and you don’t feel cramped. I’m looking forward to trying out some of their other services. Highly recommend ! :)
