I’ve never seen this kind of activity in my life. When Dan from Alliance Disaster Kleenup and the other «team members» came to mine and my husbands home in Lincoln Park after a pipe broke in our kitchen wall we were totally devastated because we had just remodeled. These guys showed up after the plumber fixed the pipe and not only did they save our new walnut floors even though it was totally soaked but our cabinets lived through the ordeal as well. Those guys were extremely respectful and knew what needed to happen from the moment they walked in the door. The kitchen was turned into what they called a «drying chamber» asked us to not disturb the machines they had running. Carefully cut out all of the soggy drywall, cleaned the whole space, and dried everything out in 3 days. I was stunned. Thanks to you all for helping us through a total nightmare.

I called these guys to do repairs after a massive water leak as they were referred by my insurance agency. They came relatively quickly to do cleanup, which is half of their business. Their cleanup work was mostly satisfactory, although I noticed a few things they were slapdash about. When it came time to do the repair work, trying to get an estimate was like pulling teeth. I tried making several appointments with the sales person and after several no call, no shows, realized I needed to call someone else to do the repair work. I wouldn’t recommend them for renovation or repair, and I think I would have done better elsewhere for the disaster cleanup portion as well.
