The customer service at this company is terrible, the staff is not properly trained on the computer system or in customer service. If you need to escalate something good luck, Mark the manager does not care or help with any issues you may encounter regarding your orders. They have great stuff in the catalog however, when you order a new catalog from them, they charge you shipping to mail you the catalog. My company has been ordering specialty items from them for years and we are finally fed up. I don’t recommend opening an account or ordering from them. There are plenty of other supply companies that will appreciate the business you send their way.
