This agency REFUSES to cancel my insurance policy (with Erie).
I called to cancel at the end of the policy period, then some guy called me back later to talk me into buying insurance with other companies he does business with. I refused.
Now the Erie policy has auto-​renewed and they are going to cancel the policy because of non-​payment. It is good that they are going to cancel, but I’m afraid there may be extra fees or damage to my credit.
