This location has completely lost a loyal customer. They used to be on top of things but something has taken a turn for the worse over there. It started a few weeks ago. I placed an online order and was given a delivery time of around 6:30. After my delivery time came and went, I called the location to inquire. They said it would be there«any minute.» Seemed reasonable to me. Another 15 – 20 minutes go by so I call again. The manager I spoke with was super surprised and promptly figured out what was going. Turns out the order never went out at all. The woman apologized profusely and also gave me a credit for a future order. The current order showed up eventually and because the manager was so so helpful, I was pretty satisfied with how it shook out. Fast forward to today and I call the store to get my credited meal. I’m put on hold for 6 minutes and was then hung up on. I call back(things happen) and am told that an order was already placed for my address. After assuring them I didn’t, they said they see my credit on my account and everything is fine… except I have to pay the delivery fee. Now the delivery fee is no large amount but I questioned why a credit for a free meal because of a previous screw up would require me to shoulder the delivery fee. He said it «doesn’t go to the driver» and«is used to pay insurance and stuff» like this explained it. I kind of chuckled and said fine whatever. Well, the order arrives and only half of it is there. I call the store and the guy says they can send the missing part but who knows when it will get there. No apology or anything. He seemed annoyed that I even was bringing this to his attention. I then ask to speak to the manager to which he responds he is the manager. I then ask to speak to the owner and he says they are never around. Seems like maybe there is a bigger issue here. This is where I kind of lose it and recap my experience here bringing the delivery fee up again. He responds he does not make the decisions and it will take 45 minutes to an hour to bring the missing order out period. Unfortunately the quality of the food, while good, is not out of this world enough to make me want to put up with a series of unfortunate events every time we place an order for a pizza. There are plenty of other options around with adequate customer service. Update: took over an hour for the corrected order to arrive. Still missing part of it. Had been calling them around the hour mark anyways and nobody was picking up. Seems like this location is just tanking and giving up.

Previously, I’ve had good experiences with this location. Unfortunately today will have to be the last. First, Jet’s Pizza is overpriced. 4 pieces of pizza for $ 13.95 without tax. You can probably get 3 whole pizzas from a local competitor(with better service and quality) for that price. We had to ask the girl upfront if she got our order right(who seemed unsure if we were speaking the same language). Second, we ordered via Web and they still got our order wrong. How clearer can an order be than from the web? Can you imagine ordering over the phone? Third, terrible customer service. You can wait at the front counter for about 5 minutes until someone acknowledges your existance. Sounds about they care about their business with the lack of attention at the front counter. I will definitely take my money and business elsewhere. It’s a shame that someplace that I had once recommended to people is now a place I will let people know to avoid.

This Jets is under new management. Based on that information, I decided to give it a try. I called for a pick up. The phone was answered by a surly young man. He answered the phone by saying hey. I had to ask if I was calling Jets pizza. I then had to ask him to take my order. He did, without even asking my name. I asked how long it would be for my pick up. He said 20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later to be told there weren’t ANY pizzas on order! At dinner time? The clerk suggested that I called the wrong number. The front person asked if I could wait 7 minutes for a pizza. While waiting, I decided to re-dial the number. As soon as I did, I could hear a phone ringing in the back. Pizza isn’t bad. Service stinks! To the new management, you need to train your employees or get ones. I might return one more time. We’ll see. Sad that a neighborhood place won’t have a chance to succeed.

Horrible horrible horrible why must I be punished by the pizza gods in such a manner? The awesome picture in the ad! The amazing coupon! I was really expecting something special. But no… I repeat! The pizza was not good, not even passable. Maybe it was because it arrived semi-cold. The toppings were generic, the cheese was tasteless, the sauce was the worst part, no taste. To add another slap to the insult the«hot wings» I ordered were neither hot in the spicy sense nor hot in the temperature sense so it was an all around failure. Lesson learned, don’t be fooled there are good pizza places out there, jets is not one of those places.

Good pizza and antipasta salad. But ordering online has been problematic every time. There’s something wrong with their online ordering system that makes it take twice as long as it should. And in 2015, who ever heard of an online pizza place that only takes CASH? Spent all that time trying to order so I don’t have to go out and have to drive there to use a credit card or go to an ATM for cash.

We ordered original jets bread, a small pizza, and cinnamon sticks. Everything came promptly. The order, however, wasn’t right. While it tastes delicious and we still enjoyed our food, they added onions and chicken to our pizza. The cinnamon sticks were a little chewy, I’d skip these next time.

The buffalo chicken pizza is delicious. Love the turbo crust. My kids love Jets too. They aren’t a huge fan of Lou’s so this is pizza we can all agree on. I may even prefer to Lou’s. Give it try!

Jets pizza is a chain and in general is pretty darn good for Sicilian — style pizza(not true Chicago deep dish). I ordered delivery from this location 3 times and it has been burnt each time. Last time I ordered«turbo crust» and it appeared they forgot until after it was cooked as there was an abundance of garlic/Romano globs sitting on top of the the za. Yuck. This time I called about the burnt pie and the manager told me he had no control over the ovens and didn’t even apologize… Wow. If you like Jets pizza in general order from a different location. This place is garbage. Much better choice in the area but different style is Nino’s.

I’m bummed to have to write a non-glowing review since we really liked the pizza(and price wasn’t too much of an issue since we used a groupon). However, the customer service here is terrible! After going to Jet’s the first time with my groupon, I landed on their email list and when I got my first email inviting me back for a free Jet’s bread, I had thought that I scored big time! I forwarded the email to my husband and my mom to let them know we’d be having Jet’s again soon. We made plans to go back, and when I called to order, I pulled up the email only to find that instead of my coupon, I had a message saying that I had viewed the email too many times ad it was no longer valid. Excuse me!!! I called and explained the situation to both the person who picked up the phone as well as her manager, but was told that even though I had not used the coupon and it did not expire for another week, I could not use the coupon since I had ‘viewed it too many times’. I guess that drooling over yummy cheesy bread is not allowed in Jet’s book. Moral of the story, if you go, enjoy the pizza but don’t expect good customer service and good luck using a coupon!

$ 5 lunch special is good deal… greasy, cheap pizza. Sometimes that’s what you crave right?

We ordered the Hawaiian deep dish pizza. It was really good and surprisingly filling. They were very generous with the toppings. The Canadian bacon was giant squares and it had plenty of pineapple and tons of cheese. I would have never seen this place just driving by. The location is a tiny hole in the wall place and the sign is the size of a sheet of paper. Their waiting area is about the size of a hallway. I placed my order online and it was ready in 15 minutes. The lady at the counter was polite and friendly. The pizzas good if you’re looking to try some new pizza. The reason I give it 3 stars is because I’ve had better, but don’t get me wrong it was still delicious!

This review is not about the food, I love their food but for neglect by employee’s I ordered online and picked it up after 45 mins the employee seemed surprised that I’m picking up an online order(red flag) so I get home and my kid started eating the pizza and I noticed it was only a cheese pizza when I ordered a jets 10 pizza(see pictures posted) I called and asked why they told me that they will give me an in house credit for my next pizza but I didn’t want that so I asked if they can just deliver it I live close by, she stated that it will take an 1hr or 1 ½ hrs to deliver it(really) and let me make it clear I didn’t want anything for free I just want what I paid for that’s all I ask nothing more. Not an extra in house credit plus the correct pizza — LESSONALWAYS check your order before you leave and yes they didn’t deliver the pizza I actually needed to stop eating dinner and drive back to get the right pizza(though it wasn’t that far)

If you’re a health nut, pizza becomes a fantasy that you allow yourself to enjoy, only on the rarest of occasions. Jets pizza was the last pizza I allowed myself before taking the plunge into a full Paleo lifestyle. I wouldn’t have had it any other way. The turbo crust is thick, yet crispy on the outside, and choose the garlic butter topping– you won’t be disappointed. Full range of toppings and reasonably priced. Delivery service was quick too. Worthy of an epic cheat meal, this pizza place knows what they’re up to. One try, and you’ll be back for more.

This review has nothing to do with the food. We ordered at 5:20 this evening. It’s 7:03 right now. No pizza. We got a confirmation email after we ordered it that it would be here at 6:10. We have called 5 times. This«manager» has even saying the driver has been out delivering our food for the past 45 minutes apparently. The manager is the laziest and most unhelpful human ever. Why are we calling your business multiple times? You should be calling us. Furthermore, she was completely unapologetic about the whole ordeal. DONOTORDERFROMHERE.

On second thought, there are much better pizza places in the area. I’ve come here a few times and there is always something wrong with my order.

This is not a particular review for this Jets pizza location but for the franchise in general. If you’ve never tried jets pizza, please do so soon. They have the most delicious crusts on thier pies. It’s like biting into heaven. If you’re a fan of breadsticks, more so cheesy breadsticks, you’ll love their Turbo Sticks. It’s their version of three cheese breadsticks. What’s nice is that you can get all extra condamints for free(extra marinara, ranch and garlic butter) unlike some places that charge you extra.

Been here a few times… I wish they had seating… like booths. My experience with eah visit is always pleasant and professional… maybe if people talk to the taller guy who is always serious mistake that for not being social… but even though it doesn’t seem busy… they are with call ins for pickup or delivery. Place itself is small on front but prep area is huge and usually bustling. I have only had the Jets Boat… but I hear a lot about the square frep dish I may have to try.

Yummy pizza that is quick, easy and cheap. I like the four corners pizza, but that is all I tried here. Since it is a carry out joint there is not much more to say!

I’ve recently started eating Jet’s pizza more often after I discovered the square deep dish pizza… oh so good, it’s like a pizza hut pan pizza. what’s even better is they have Jet’s bread which is almost exactly like Papa John’s cheesy bread and the garlic butter sauce to go with it. oh soo unhealthy, but oh so good. the people working there are also top notch. super nice to me and very willing to help me out. I accidentally ordered the round thin crust pizza(yuck!), which was clearly my fault, but the guy offered to make the deep dish square pizza for me instead at no cost. he even let me take the round pizza home to compare and contrast for free! and yea, the thin crust round pizza still sucks… sorry. but I’m definitely a fan of the deep dish square with the turbo crust(garlic butter and Parmesan sprinkled on the crust) and the Jet’s bread with garlic butter sauce.
