Very unprofessional management/​co workers.
They need to learn how to manage well. And very suspicious things go on in the store.

I’m usually pretty good about bringing my lunch to work but in the off chance I don’t pack one, I order from Jimmy Johns. I’ve been ordering from this location for about a year now and the service is always excellent. Quick online ordering, prompt delivery, courteous delivery drivers — what more could you ask for?
The only issue I’ve ever had is that they forgot part of my order (the chips). I called the store and they apologized and said they’d get it out to me right away. No more than 5 minutes later the delivery driver arrived with the forgotten item.
Keep up the great work!

ever since new management. this place has gone downhill. i’m not even sure they smile as much as they’re supposed to. be sure to check if the lettuce and bread is fresh. i’d rather drive half a mile and go to the buffalo grove one. the owner is cheap, as much as the genius managers running the place, i’m not sure if they even comprehend the amount of complaints they receive about the delivery service/​quality of subs. ya let me down, jimmy johns 250 e dundee rd. i’m never coming back here

Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, clean environment. Love the fact I can either spoil myself with their amazing bread or go for the healthier lettuce wrap. Build your own sandwich or choose from the menu.
I am unhappy that they can’t grill the sandwich as they can at other locations, but oh well, still yummy sandwiches. I usually go for the #3 without mayo, which is tuna salad sandwich. Or I go for the #12 without mayo or cheese, I just like the fact it has guacamole in it.
Oh and if you aren’t worried about extra calories, their chips are delic! They do have the thinny reduced fat version that are still good, but who are we kidding, chips are chips, they will never be good for you.
I will choose this place over subway any day!
