I had no problems with the laser hair removal(underarms, legs, bikini). I came as many times as I felt was needed during the year. It worked great. No burns, as some suggested. Everyone was friendly.

Wow, I hope everyone who is considering going there reads my review. I paid for a laser hair removal package for my bikini line. The first one was fine but during the second session, they burned my skin so badly that I had huge welts and was in total pain. I went to complain and some guy said that he’s a doctor and would look at my burns. He said that the welts, the swelling, and the obvious redness was«normal.» This can’t be normal. I had a hard time believing that this guy was really a doctor. and so I asked to meet with the M.D. board certified doctor on staff. Nathan said that the REAL doctor isn’t really affiliated and that he doesn’t actually do any business with them. WTF? I demanded a refund and Nathan told me I couldn’t get my money back. Please, do not go here. It is awful. I am going to forfeit my package.

Don’t go here! Save your money! Was pressured into buying unnecessary hair removal packages by Vicki. She is pushy, and comes off as rude. Says hair is ugly and tries to make you feel bad about yourself so she can charge you for more treatments. After 2 years, hair grew back. The laser hair removal here doesn’t last. Treatments are inconsistent as well.

Here’s an idea: If you have a neon sign in the window proclaiming«massages,» why not actually, you know, offer massages? I walked in to find no one behind the desk, and two employees sitting and talking at a nail station. No one else appeared to be in the building. When I inquired about their massage options, I was told that«it’s just a sign.» And me leaving? That’s just a sign, too.
