I am sitting in this shop right now and irked to the highest level right now. So to start… I had a nice chance to review what services they offer as they only have room for two people at a time and both the chairs were full. So their board states services and prices for waxing and threading. As a consumer, when I see this that makes me believe I have an option. They confirm this when it’s our turn to go. I let the lady know I want the waxing option. She immediately let her feelings be known around which option she found superior. I let her know I really didn’t enjoy the threading feel. It’s hard to explain but it’s really uncomfortable for me. She said ok but did look very disappointed. She then continues to wax my brows and towards the end pulled out the thread. I was like no please I don’t want the thread can you use tweezers. She argued with me high and low and ended up calling me a big baby. She then started speaking another language. This whole sequence of events made me feel uncomfortable. Then when she was done she stated that they do not look good because I wouldn’t allow her to use the thread and that waxing alone will never look good. This upset me even more because I felt I had the choice as I was paying her and she made the experience pretty horrible. I think she was out of line to call me a baby in front of the people in the store and just point blank was not appropriate. I will not go back. The lady who does my brows normally, uses only wax and tweezers. I’m disappointed by this experience.

I get a brow shaping via threading and a natural set of individual lashes either short or medium that last about week with proper carefulness for $ 19. Can’t beat that.
They do close earlier than the posted time meaning they refuse service about a half hour prior to closing. Sometimes a girl counts on the «stated» time of closing. But I keep coming because the eyebrows are on fleek and the work and price can’t be beat.

Still love them! My go-​to place every 3 weeks. I moved to the city and drive back just to see Nilam and the girls. They know me by name which I greatly appreciate! They’re wonderful and offer great service. Highly recommended!

I came to SEVA Salon to get temporary eyelashes. Nailam was very nice and friendly. She did a fantastic job with my eyelashes and they looked natural and full at the same time. The salon is clean and staff is professional. I will definitely visit this place again.

Ladies are always nice, threading my eyebrows on fleek every single time. Cheap and a convenient area to get some groceries and get my eyebrows done.

I am a regular seva customer. And like their services except for the fact that the ladies over there ALWAYS persuade to opt for more services in same visit. Also it is a wrong practise to ask someone to pay in advance for any specific service that you are willing to take in your next visit in future.
Yesterday I wanted to have brows & lips done but eventually did full face waxing in which 1. In hurry she forgot to do forehead (which is included in package)
2. My face was immediately changed into red, patchy, itchy, bumpy, ugly face. I was having severe burning sensation (I am in same condition even today) still the lady was literaly forcing me to do facial immediately.
She said, «i’ll do SCRUB, massage, mask. U’ll feel better by that AND REDNESS & BUMP will go».
Scrub !!! R U KIDDING ME !!!
I became serious & expresed my will to leave immediately. Its just because of this attitude that they care so less for client’s pain, problem/​reaction & are just interested in money making that m so furious. :-(very disappointing attitude.

Not such a good experience for me. I desperately needed my brows waxed and they did that just fine. They look nice. But suddenly the woman (didn’t catch her name) decided to wax my lip! I didn’t want or ask for it! I have naturally blonde hair and blue eyes and I’m fair skinned. I’ve never waxed my lip in my life. This was very upsetting because I couldn’t stop her in time. Now two days later my entire upper lip is inflamed and covered in acne. I won’t be returning. Ever. The technician seemed oblivious.

I will admit I was nervous trying this place out. I went on a Sunday because my usual place was closed and I was desperate… well… fast forward about a year later and this is my new go to place. They do an amazing job for a great price. The women are very friendly and sweet. I have pretty dark eye brows and am very particular on how I like them, and they do a flawless job every single time. I recommend this place to everyone who gets their brows threaded. They do wax as well for those of you who perfer wax.

I was hesitant trying this place out, but their prices drew me in. I came here 2 weeks ago for eyebrow threading. Haven’t had them done for a really long time; I was maintaining them myself (not very well I might add lol). The girl who did the threading was super nice and friendly. She did a great job with my eyebrows. I bought a gift card to use next time, cuz u get a free threading with the purchase. I’ll be coming back for sure. Friendly and inexpensive. Love it.
