They arrived on the scene within an hour and started saving what they could from the busted pipe in the basement. Once dried, they did an excellent and speedy repair of the ruined areas. I would use them again, for sure…

Absolutely unacceptable business and service. The work at my house was never completed and they left the room in a dangerous condition. After several attempts to get someone back to finish the work, I notified Panhandle Cleaning that I would find another company to finish the job. I then received a bill that far exceeded the estimate I was given. I spoke to the billing department multiple times and was promised that someone would call me back to discuss my complaints and to resolve the billing issue. No one ever returned my phone calls.

The absolute hands down worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!! They took approximately 5 months off & on to do a job that should have taken a couple of weeks. The work was slipshod & not entirely completed when I had finally had enough & told them not to come back! My calls to the company went unanswered. And I was waiting for the work to be completed to put my house of the market. Big difference between listing it in June & listing it in November! I would not recommend this company under any circumstances!!!

Worst moving company I ever hired. I was promised 4 men for a 1700 sq’ house move. I requested boxes and was told they were included in the price. Only two men arrived minus any boxes. They did not cover any furniture; left many items behind; took two days to move furnishings; did not reassemble furniture at the new location as per their quote; left before completing the job. When they were paid, they would not provide me a receipt, leading me to believe they are also defrauding the government of taxes due. This company does not provide the service they promise in their estimates. I have written a letter to their CEO and intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
