They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I went Lehrer the blew me off and this is not the first time. I recommend Raymond Auto Body. They treated us as second class citizens and had no time for us. We didn’t make an appointment this they couldn’t see us. We weren’t an insurance claim thus they cared less. We arrived around 2 on Friday. I drive from the southeastern side of Saint Paul to purposeful give them my business. This is the 4^th Ford vehicle from them
I paid for dent insurance for this vehicle which they later informed Wring dent
I took my car with a personal claim today and they were arrogant, oh did you make an appointment which we haven’t. I never been to a repair place that requires that. They wouldn’t talk to me and said I should call the following week. Unlike Raymond Auto who treated with respect, estimated, and recurve can our business.
I have bought Fords since it was Tousley. I even had my 2013 Edge for over $ 200 maintenance.
I bought my last car there. You also ripped me off on the insurance for dents. Wrong area we don’t cover. This is the third time and final. I will not come back even for service. However they are outstandingp

I was very pleased with the service I recieved when I had to bring my car in for repairs. The waiting area is clean and everyone was friendly. My repairs were completed within a week. Eric was assigned to help me thru the repair process and he was very friendly and timely on keeping me updated. I am a big fan of recieving updates via email and felt this was very convient and efficient for both sides.

I’ve never actually visited Tousley Ford, but I have have used them, oddly enough. They operate a kind of… unofficial parts depot, using word of mouth on Ford owner’s forums. I found them on a Focus forum, while searching for information on fog lamp housings for a 2003 SVT Focus. They have a pretty nice website that shows breakouts of most of the parts they sell, so it’s easy to see what exactly the SKU you’re looking at will include, and whether you should be getting other pieces to do what you’re attempting.
I called the phone number they listed on the forum, and placed an order for two enclosures, each of which were far cheaper than my local Ford dealer was asking. A reasonable shipping charge, and three days later, and I had two not-​exactly-​easy-​to-​find glass lens fog lamp housings, in OEM boxes, with OEM markings. Perfect. Next time I need parts — I know who to call.

I have now bought two cars here, but it was only because they had the cars I wanted, not because of their awesome sales staff.
I DO, however, love their service department. With my first car, I had some deal where I got free oil changes, and they were always fast. Now, when I have my maintenance done, I sit in the waiting room, use their free wi-​fi, eat a donut and relax for 20 minutes. Sweet.
