Be advised!!! This is the WORST store I have ever dealt with in my 20 years of cell phone service, any carrier. I ordered an iPhone 6 and they mentioned this tablet that is basically free, blah blah blah. It’s not and it has limited use b4 u pay for go over ur limit. Anyway, I returned a tablet after 7 days and a month later I am still trying to get the tablet off my account. The manager does not follow through and I have talked with corporate 4 times. The only time the store called me was when my iPhone 6 came in. They keep telling me I’ll call u tomorrow, I’ll call you in a few days… I’m only dealing with corporate at this point. This store gives sprint a horrible name and I will NEVER give this store a penny of my money. Run away and run away fast. They don’t deserve the one star I have to give them. Oh and for the record, I don’t ever take the time to write these reviews.

Finally got my new phone 2 days ago. Be warned, if you send your paid for phone back within the 14 day period you will have to wait for a refund to be processed by Sprint corporate back to your card to be able to use those funds to pay for a new one. NOONE told me this at any point and when my new replacement phone was ordered and in for pick up, I was told to fork it up. I was in between paychecks and they couldn’t hold that phone until I was able to go ahead and lay out 100+ bucks till the end of the week. They had to find and pick up yet ANOTHER phone from another Sprint store when I was flush again and able to buy. To date Sprint still has yet to refund my chunk of dough when 2 reps confirmed it was processed last Monday and it ahould be back to me within 5 business days. Now I keep hearing to follow up with my bank because they already did what they had to do. So I am giving it 10 business days before I raise some hell and rip somebody a new one, as I should even have to! This has been quite the unacceptable ordeal. /understatement

I have been a sprint customer since the mid 1990s. Throughout the years I have gone to many stores that were independent as well as official sprint stores. I would like to make note that the store under review is not owned by Sprint, but an independent preferred authorized dealer. Therefore, the store cannot be judged by the phone selection or the quality of service when using sprint towers. The salespeople are fairly knowledgeable. Most of the time they have the right answers. Depending on who you get, they can go over and beyond what is expected from a dealer. For example, they will check out your phone even when it is out of warranty for free. They will straighten out your bill if you can’t get it done directly through sprint. I would say that they will have phones in stock most of the time. They also have a decent selection of loner phones if your phone is off for repair. Their biggest draw back is the fact that they do not give you instant rebates on phones that have a 30 day mail in rebate like some other places do. Sometimes this makes a huge difference in where I purchase a phone. Overall, the store is above average for a cell phone dealership of any carrier.

This store can be really good or bad depending on who’s there at the time. I suggest you ask who the owner is once you find out come when hr is in you won’t get ripped off.

Went here to get a new phone after the misery of my old phone became unbearable. I had a poor experience with both of the employees i dealt with. The phone i wanted was not at the store. I was called and questioned by one of the employees after giving him a mediocre review. Its never fun going to the cell phone store, you always end up paying more then you expected, have to sign a 2 year contact, etc. I understand that isn’t the stores fault but the last thing i want on top of that is poor service and being harassed. I suggest finding a different store and different service.
