Tim Hortons

Please have the Tim Horton’s employees who are dealing directly with the public fully aware and familiar with United States American currency. If they have never seen a Susan B Anthony dollar coin before, they should NOT be at the drive thru window. They should NOT insist on more money from the customer because they think that the Susan B Anthony dollars are quarters. They should NOT make the customer wait 2 minutes and 48 seconds while they ask 3 other employees about what a Susan B Anthony dollar is. For the sake of your franchise’s reputation and for the sake of the Tim Horton’s reputation, get those ignorant «employees» away from the public realm. You would not have believed the chaos and confusion this caused — totally unbelievable and totally unacceptable!

This place is one of the best places I’ve been, staff super friendly and very respectful I really don’t care if they get my order wrong which never happens I recommend strongly this Tim Hortons best team work ever !!!

It’s not Wendy’s. Wendy’s half is closed. Don’t get the grilled cheese pita. No breakfast pm. Donuts are donuts, so yk, yum.

Not sure what a lot of people here are talking about, this THs is one of the best in the area. They always get my order right, including the employee another reviewer mentioned. The employees are all very nice. I go there at least 3x per week.

I love this Tim hortons EXCEPT for the kid with the black nail polish always messes up my order me and my girl gets he same coffee everyday and every time he give Ned hot coffee instead of iced. Why? Why must u mess with my mornings like this.

Being a chain, every Tim Horton’s I’ve been to has the same great coffee, sandwiches, and donuts. This location included. The only difference between this Tim Horton’s and every other Tim Horton’s I have been to is that there aren’t any Canadians that work here (note: I have only been to Tim Horton’s in Canada). The Americans who work at this spot are plenty nice, but there is nothing like the Canadian nice when getting a coffee to complete the Tim Horton’s experience.

I’ve been going to this location semi-​regularly for a few years now. They are always fast with their service and very friendly. However, the staff must not have an understanding of what the word «extra» means.
Out of all of the times I have asked for a bagel with extra cream cheese, I’ve only received a proper bagel about 5 times. Most of the time it hardly has ANY cream cheese on it. I have politely returned some bagels, and explained to a manager that it happens all of the time. They always have a flippant attitude and promise they will address the issue. They obviously dont. It’s especially irritating seeing as how they charge for extra.
