Came here for a quick lunch last week with two of my co workers. Sat by the bar, we were given menus and ultimately ordered the lunch special personal pizza. $ 10 personal pie with a choice of toppings costing extra. Pizza was delicious! Crispy and flavorful without a doubt! And the bartender serving us was friendly and very informative. The delicious pizza and the bartender’s upbeat attitude will push me to willingly come again!

Food was good. Chicken wings some of the best around. Meatball pizza was above average. Mushroom pizza was just fine. Service was very slow.

Great pizza! Got the mini meatball one and it had perfect crust and toppings. Our waitress was very nice and attentive and informed us of special offers. There was a good deal for certain draft beer 3 $ each. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been to Anthony’s pizza a few times and so far it is the best pizza that I’ve tried in White Plains. However, it is just OK when compared to pizzas that I’ve had around the world. I like that they use coal fire ovens, it makes the crust taste much better. Their tomato sauce also tastes very good. I’ve always ordered their specialty pie without any additional toppings. However, there is never any basil on the pizza even though it should be on the pizza according to their menu! They also use a lot of inauthentic«italian» cheese which is very salty and greasy. I wish they used an authentic Italian mozzarella cheese and basil. It would make their pizza taste delicious instead of just pretty good.

Anthony’s is an OK Italian restaurant located in the heart of White Plains, right across from Crunch Fitness Center. It’s not too busy on a Monday afternoon. Smooth Jazz music playing with friendly staff is always a plus. The waiter attended to our services quickly and was very courteous. Their dry wings and House Salad are pretty good. The place is super clean. The bar has a nice variety of top shelf liquor and a good wine selection. Unfortunately I’m not a big fan of this place because their menu is very limited. The restaurant is located on a busy street with metered parking so sometimes parking is difficult but there is a parking lot near by. Pizza is really their specialty but I just wish that they offered more red sauce cuisines. I would recommend this place for pizza and bear.

I love pizza… good pizza. This pizza was.ok.not bad… just ok. Had their wings also. It was… ok…why are there so many onions? They’re like wings sautéed with onions. not a big fan. Their meatballs were good though.

The lunch specials are good portions. The wings are grilled and cooked to perfection. The pizza is coal fired, no complains here. The are on main st which u can always find parking. The cons No happy hour. What place doesn’t offer happy hour? The bartender was a bit snotty, we sat at the sidebar overlooking Walmart and she was too lazy to come around and give us proper service. She literally put the food at the end of bar and we had to get up and retrieve it.

The bar is excellent!!! The service was fantastic, the staff was very attentive. My only problem was the menu. There is no bar/finger food. No shareable appetizers, on the menu. The chicken wings looked delicious smothered with onions but no bbq/hot wings. No fries, and for Italian no fried calamari!!! The Celtic ale on tap is a new member to my top ten list

Yum! Came here on a Sunday evening and the place was pretty empty except for a few people. I liked the ambiance — very low lighting, and although there were several televisions playing football games, I didn’t find it distracting at all. Our waiter was great! We had a small pizza w/2 toppings & the wings and we were both full. The wings… amazing! They’re charred & covered in caramelized onions and served with focaccia bread! I would totally go back. Wine & good pizza always = yes!

I love this pizza and the Italian long peppers are so good the wings are good, they are not hot wings, they are like seasoned dry rub Italian wings good if you like that the meatballs are good but I would only say the pizza is worth coming for and beer on Monday and martinis on Wednesday don’t make this your hot spot to pick up dudes or a date night just a nice place to have a beer or wine and get some great coal fired pizza.

I love the Coal fired pizza at Anthony’s and the Hospitality is Great… Mya is a excellent Host for this place. We love coming to this place with the family or For a few drinks at the bar with a few friends. They have a band on Friday now which makes it a fun hangout for the older crowd.

This was close to great. The place has a nice vibe and the service is friendly. Even though this is a large chain it has a very local feel. I went to see a friend sing. Good for Anthony’s for providing live, local entertainment. I sat at the bar and had a Margherita pizza. $ 12.99 for a 12″ cheese pizza is a bit pricey but to be expected. They are definitely using quality ingredients. Because it is coal fired, you get a slightly different taste and consistency than traditional pizza place pizza. It really had a nice flavor. My pizza was just a bit too thick. I was expecting more crunch and did not get that. The beer was cold, the pizza was hot and I was hungry so I ate the whole thing. With all the great places in downtown White Plains, I would not make this a first choice, but I would go again. If I do, I’ll ask for thinner crust and maybe up this rating to 4 stars.

Excellent coal-fired pizza. How sad that people don’t know that coal burns at 800 degrees and people think their pizza is burnt. The poor waitstaff have to memorize a small litany to warn diners ahead of time. Kinda off-putting if you ask me… sitting down, anticipating a yummy dinner only to start off the experience with a lecture that their pizza is not burnt. But after you assure the staff that you’re not their(apparently) usual customer, the pizza is REALLYGOOD. It is conveniently located near a parking garage and the Cambria Suites(where we were staying). I can’t wait to come back. BTW… it is in downtown White Plains, so… no truck parking

Anthonys is my go to spot in white plains. Great service. Always willing to accommodate any request. and the food is so good. Not a huge menu but everything on it is delicious!!! Meatball and ricotta pizza, wings, Anthonys salad, and meatballs are my favorites

The pizza here is good and fresh. A nice Neapolitan crust, with a decent char(sometimes it’s burnt but stuff happens :-/). Like the name says, it’s cooked in a coal-fired oven! Kind of pricey, especially since all toppings are á la carte. But it’s the only worthwhile option in all of White Plains so you have to pay for it. The only place in town with an authentic taste that is full of flavor.

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza has a very limited menu and doesn’t serve by the slice. The soda comes in bottles, and therefore no free refills. It gets quite noisy at times and too crowded for my liking. Those days we use take out. The servers are pleasant and helpful but can take a while to take your order, getting the bill takes time too. This is coal fired pizza they state it is well done, and that is what you get. If it’s not your thing there are many places for you to go get your pizza. None come close to the splendor of a Paul and Young Ron from here. Treat yourself to the best wings ever!

This place is alright, nothing special. I ordered pizza and it was decent but I definitely have had better. The staff is friendly and the service was great in general. Our server did initially screw up our order but fortunately it was an easy fix. It’s also a bit on the pricey side if your planning on pizza and drinks. All I am saying is that I have had wayyyyy better for wayyyy less.

We came here because it was next door to our hotel, and you really can’t beat that walk! A personal annoyance to me was a lack of gluten-free options. They told me that they thought maybe potentially that the cider was gluten-free, but it had wheat in the name, so I’m pretty doubtful about that. Not the end of the world since I’d already eaten and was going out with my family since they’d arrived late. Also, can’t ding them for a lack of gluten-free options, just for claiming something drinkable is, when it is not, is pretty sketchy. Everyone else, nine in all, got pizza and salad. The pizza I’m told was decent, but dubious if worth the price. The salad was swimming in oil. Even after finishing the salad, there was a sizable pool of oil at the bottom of the bowl. Nasty. Short story: Not bad, but not sure it worth the price. We’re in NY, there’s better pizza.
