Applebee’s

I work a few stores down from this Applebee’s sometimes I go every week sometimes every month. All in all I’ve never had any issues, I’ve never used their bathroom because I use it at my business. I see nothing but bad reviews I think that people are just being a little picky and maybe had a one time bad experience it happens anywhere. The girls are very nice they seem to do their job well and they always open the door for me, makes me feel like a celebrity. The place is not perfect almost no place is but it’s pretty damn good, small… But still pretty good.

While I tend to like Applebee’s, this is the poorest run Applebee’s I’ve ever seen. The waiters and waitresses seem untrained, the bathrooms are gross, and the food, while good, doesn’t come as ordered. When my husband and I complained to management, being as professional as possible, management shrugged off our complaints.
Honestly, I don’t blame the waiters and waitresses. They seem ill trained and disaffected. This restaurant screams of a management issue that needs to be solved by hiring managers that actually know how to train, educate, and work with customers when issues crop up. If I could give them less than one star I would.
My husband and I won’t be back.

This was by far the worst Applebee’s ever. The hostess was playing cards in her own booth and we waited for 30 minutes after we were seated. We just decided to leave because it wasn’t worth waiting that long. This was by far the worst restaurant we have ever been to. I would not recommend going to this place at all.

The worst apple bee. I used to have better experiences at this place, but our last experience was horrible. We ordered two steaks, but when the steaks are ready the girl didn’t know which is medium and which is medium well. During our meal, we found out it is completely wrong. The waitress only said sorry, and that’s it. She walked away as nothing happened!

I’am sad to say that this was by far my worst restaurant experience. The night started off great with wonderful service from the bartender. Me and my friends left the restaurant in a wonderful mood. As we got back home we realized that a state id was thrown away by accident at the restaurant.
We immediately rushed back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager. The manager that we spoke to was Anthony. We explained that the garbage was thrown out not too long ago and if we can search through it. Anthony said that the garbage is in the dumpster. We assured him that we would be willing to look inside of it ourselves and wouldn’t need any assistance from the staff.
Anthony did not work with us. He said his staff is not going to search, we can not search, and he would not search even if it was a million dollars. The fact that Anthony did not try to assist and us and fix an easy problem is very frustrating. This situation can not go unresolved. We wasted gas money driving back to the restaurant, and now an important piece of information is lost all because Anthony would not let us look through the garbage.

i ordered a burger and fries for dinner and counted the fries on my plate. There were 15. Seriously dissapointed in the size of the burger, and the fact that they didnt make up for it with a good portion of fries. Cheapskates!

Horrible service! It used to be much better in the early 2000’s but the place has fallen to shambles.
Avoid at all costs.

Terrible. My family and I went here one day while we were on vacation. When we arrived the waitress was very kind, but after that everything else was far from satisfying.
First off, drinks should not take 15 – 20 minutes to make for a group of five, especially when the restaurant is dead. Secondly, the food was extremely greasy and disgusting. Litterally, my mozzarella sticks and fries were BLACK. Lastly, the manager either did not know what his kitchen staff were doing or he clearly didn’t care.
When my parents asked to speak to manager regarding the several plates we sent back, she asked him, «how often do you change your oil?» His response after hesitating, «every day at four.» My mother could do nothing but laugh, being that she works in high end kitchens all day, from the minute she saw our food, she knew the oil hadn’t been changed in days.
Want to know The sad part? The mozzarella sticks we sent back to the kitchen were given to another family across from us. What is going on here?
Overall, I would not recommend this place to anybody, even if it was a eat free all day special going on.

Me and my team went on an outting today and waited 2 ½ hrs before the food came and then waited 1 hr for the check to pay. I understand it was a lot of us 24 of us to be exact. But one of my team mates called 2 – 3 hrs before to let them know. When we came in the tables were set up but only with one waiter. Not the first time I had a bad experience here.

Worst Applebee’s chain ever.
Waited 20 mins to b seated so we sat at the bar, the bartender then took another 10 mins to notice us, we ordered 2 burgers medium. The guy next to use was complaint about his salad and the bartender just told him that’s what it is. lol the guy literally got up and left they lost a customer over the waiters mistake. We got out beers when our food arrived which was weird that we waited so long. One hour and half being here and our drinks took forever, the burgers were overcooked and the bartender was rude. Meanwhile I seem 2 managers walk by doing nothing at all. Stop being lazy and help the staff out.

Food portions are small compared to other places, food takes very long to get served, but the waiters are nice and on point. It’s a shame that I’m giving it just a 2 star review but the food weighs that much on how poorly I rated this place

Probably the worst service ever. We ordered an appetizer and asked for plates and we never got them. I ordered a cup of soup and this came about 5 minutes after the entrée. I refused the soup. The manager came over and said, aren’t you taking the soup… I am giving it to you free. Well, that was never mentioned when the server brought it over. But really, by then it was too late anyway. Then, the put the soup on our bill anyway. My husband finally had to get up and go to the server in order to get our bill. The restaurant was not busy so really, no excuse. I do not like chain restaurants to begin with but at least, they usually know how to run a restaurant. This place sadly did not.

Horrible tasting food and just gross looking. My order was Steak Quesadilla which looked like it was 3 days old and microwaved moments before it was served to me. I couldn’t finish even half of it. Oh, and $ 14 for margaritas? Seriously? This is White Plains people, not NYC. They don’t post prices for the drinks. Very deceptive of them. AVOID this place. This place was empty on a Saturday night. Hmm.. makes you wonder why? The answer is the terrible food and overpriced drinks. Yuk.

I love this Applebee’s. It’s my go-​to Applebee’s. I go-​to it.
The servers have their heads on straight and get sporty on game day. The center bar area has many televisions paired with tables, and each table gets their one audio box to listen to whichever TV they want.
This Applebee’s has three stars when a couple years ago I probably would have given it five. It always used to carry NFL Sunday Ticket, so fans flocked to it on Sundays to watch their team. I am a Broncos fan so this was a vital place as they would only be playing on the Sunday Ticket package. Well as of last year the Applebee’s no longer has Sunday Ticket, so I can’t go there on game day. What a shot to the nuts…
Anyways, the food is otherwise classic Applebee’s and the prices are okay. I always love sitting near a TV!

Although we only stopped into this restaurant once a few years ago, the restaurant is okay to eat at-​servers and floors are generally clean, however, this restaurant is sitting within a mall that is becoming less upbeat than the city it’s situated in, is known to be. The parking lot is showing some wear, but has been shown to be fixed on occasion, as is apparent by other potholes being filled in (for every one pothole fixed, another spouts up soon thereafter). More signage though is necessary from the interstate. If I was ever back in the area, I’ll be back. No other problems to report.

It’s Applebee’s. I don’t expect much. Just go in, order some food, get it, eat it, and leave.
Came for the 2 for $ 20. On a Tuesday night, for what it’s worth…
Was sat promptly. Waiting about 15 minutes for the waiter to acknowledge our presence, which I can understand because other people around us had some major issues with their orders.
Took our orders, we just got two waters for drinks. 15 minutes later, or water comes out. Food came out briefly after that. Oh, and when he gave me my dish, he asked me if I ordered this, because he wasn’t too sure, but put in the order anyway.
Food was … ok. A little on the bad side for an Applebee’s. Overly salty chicken, overcooked shrimp, riblets that were scorching hot on one end and almost still refrigerated on the other end. Fries were fine.
No sign of the waiter for a while, my water cup got empty.
20 minutes later, check came, we paid, we left.
Total time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Good thing is we only spend ~25 bucks, tip included.

Good food, the service is usually great, I haven’t had any problems and I’ve come here a lot.
