I absolutely LUV shoes, shoes, shoes especially the insanely seductive stilettos, platforms and ankle strap platforms!!!
Since they’ve opened this location, it has been poppin’. Once you go in, you actually notice that it’s a shoe store!
This location is extremely flawless.
I’ve been to other DSW locations, where it is impossible to ask for help, because you barely see any of the employees on the floor.
I come here At least once a week to satisfy my shoe fix, and I’m always asked (by an employee) if I need help looking for a particular style!
That’s service folks!

Like whoa. This is the only DSW that I’ve ever been to that doesn’t feel like a warehouse, and I love it! Although the open floorplan is much like the other stores in the chain, the paneling on the walls and the paint job help to make the store much more inviting.
Also, the return policy is excellent. The heel of a pair of boots I bought online fell off after I’d only worn them once, which was definitely a manufacturer’s defect. After some back and forth with the DSW customer service online, I was told that I could bring my boots to the nearest DSW branch, but it would be up to that branch to decide whether or not I could get a refund (okay…thanks a lot for nothing). I called the White Plains branch and the lady (whom I assume is the store manager) gave me a full refund since it was a manufacturer’s defect. Thank goodness!
