New Balance

Nothing less than perfect at this New Balance location. I have come in here twice to get both shoes for myself and as a gift for someone. Both times Devon has helped me and he was nothing short of excellent. The first pair of shoes he helped pick out for me have helped me train for my first marathon. The second pair I gave him a list of things my dad wanted and he followed through with a pair of shoes for my dad for Father’s Day (Which he loves too). I will definitely be back when my shoes wear out and hopefully Devon will help me again!

Great Experience! Greeted immediately by a sales associate. Expertise regarding the sneaker was appreciated. Ended up buying two pair of 990’s (Blue and Black). Went back on two other occasions and experienced the same treatment: greeted immediately, sales associates were professional and knowledgeable, very helpful, and polite.
I will definitely shop there again. Sorry Nike…

The sneakers speak for themselves when you put them on they are the most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever worn. I am really writing this about the great sales person that helped my wife and I, his name is Antony E. and he was a true pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable about all the products we asked about. New balance is lucky to have him.

Living in Rockland County, I called ahead to find out whether they’d be open. Peter answered the phone. He was cordial and friendly, indicating that he’d be happy to give me further directions if I were to call back, despite the fact that they were about to close. After I came in, Peter was happy to show me a variety of different shoes, helping me try them on even after closing. I would definitely recommend New Balance and and Peter to anyone looking for athletic shoes in the area.

Anthony got me exactly what I wanted, fit me and got me out of there in about 10 minutes. No wait even though there were other customers there. very comfortable 990’s thanks.

I have had surgery on both feet and getting comfortable shoes is a problem. I went to the New Balance store on Tarrytown Road in White Plains to get sneakers. I was helped by Daniel, who couldn’t have been nicer and who gave me excellent customer service. He measured my feet to ascertain the correct size, and then answered my questions as to the different sneaker styles the store offered. I selected several styles to try on and Daniel helped me putting the sneakers on my feet and then lacing them for me. Unfortunately, two of the styles I selected were out of stock in my size but Daniel told me exactly when the store would receive a new shipment. I ended up purchasing one pair of sneakers and plan on returning to pick up one of the other styles when they arrive. And the best part… as he was ringing me up, Daniel mentioned that because I had been referred by my orthopedic surgeon, I would receive a discount on the sneakers. What a pleasant surprise! Great service, great shoes and savings too; I am one happy lady!

Ms Radcliff was awesome. Got me great sneakers, running and walking shoes. 12 years an 6 pairs later I am loyal customer.

I had stopped shopping with NewBalance when my favorite model had been slightly changed, however I have recently returned, and was happily met with outstanding product knowledge and amazing customer service — I have particular problems with my feet, and was immediately shown exactly which models would satisfy my needs. Liz Radcliffe took the guesswork out for me and understood the different aspects of each model presented according to fit and price point. She easily answered all of my questions and concerns, and took the extra time to help me try on both the men’s and the women’s version of the same model to see which was the better fit for me –Liz really did a great job of explaining the structure of each model — It’s great to know you can come to a store with an excellent product, and be assisted by knowledgable and friendly assistants —

Since my children were old enough to walk, I’ve brought them to this store. The staff is friendly and helpful. We’ve had John help us the past two times, and he is the best!

Great shopping experience! I’ve passed by this store few times and didn’t think much of it until I was looking for a specific New Balance running shoes. Before I stopped by this store, I visited Foot Locker and Foot Action in Galleria. To my surprise, both locations didn’t have Women’s New Balance. I find that very strange since they had Men’s section.
Anyways, they didn’t have the running shoes I was looking because it was outdated. However, the salesperson recommended another running shoes that would fit my style of running. He measured my feet and width. Answered all my questions.
I highly recommend this store if you want to get your shoes fitted. The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous.

Excellent shoe selections along with exceptional customer service. Highly recommended for customers with very particular foot needs. The salesperson who helped me on several visits provided numerous options and helpful advice. Excellent product that is being enhanced by great customer service!

Great staff and service at this New Balance. I’ve come here twice to get sneakers (pre and post foot surgery) and needed some special assistance finding the right shoe for my broken and then healing foot. Both times the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They also give you a 30-​day return window, even if you wear the shoes. Helpful when you are working with an injury and aren’t sure what size or width will end up working best.
The store is small, but they carry a decent selection of NB running and walking sneakers, as well as some running gear and exercise stuff.
