The tile and stone is unique and beautiful but we found it uncomfortable dealing with the designer. Both designers who were working in the showroom never asked if we needed assistance, this had to be arranged through the store manager. The designer did not create a welcoming and comfortable environment in which to work. We will be selecting and ordering our stone from another local company.

We did not have a positive experience. We asked for help looking for an instock accent tile with glass and natural stone. We were told they no longer stock that type of tile and were shown in a brief way what they do stock. As we were leaving I saw the tile I had described. She admitted they did have it in stock but seemed bothered by having to show us them. We left and purchased our tile elsewhere.
