Popular place in white plains. Located right on mamaroneck avenue. Popular day and night! Nightlife is great for white plains area. VERY spacious there is a front and back outside area to sit and eat. There is street parking and a parking lot in the back. This was my first time eating there after a few years and we sat in the front outside area. Loved sitting outside it was nice especially with the wine! One flaw is that the server took a long time to bring us our drinks and take our order. We ordered a bottle of wine which was terrific. I ordered the guacamole and salsa with chips. The guacamole was good. It wasn’t spicy and it tasted fresh. I don’t like it when guacamole texture is too smooth like you buy from the grocery store. The salsa was great! Very tasty not to spicy either. The French fries were nice and crispy. It came with a chipotle sauce that tasted great. The food was great, the service was ok. I would definitely come back because of the food. I would also recommend to come see the nightlife especially on a Friday or Saturday night if your in the local area. They play a variety of music. There is also bars in the front and back of the restaurant.

Awesome brunch spot in the heart of White Plains. Located in Mamaroneck avenue where restaurants are plenty, the Brazen Fox stands out from the rest. We went on a Saturday morning and sat in the outdoor area in the back. We loved the ambiance, the food, and the pomegranate mimosas.

Foods good, pretty standard for bar food. Love the free wings on football Mondays. But I refuse to give them 5 stars because of the rudest bartender I’ve ever encountered. I have bartended myself and understand what it’s like to have a bad day and not really want to put on a smiley face for the crowd. But apparently this«pretty boy» with a man bun is having a bad life. He needs to learn some decent common courtesy and good customer service. It’s a shame his«good looks» keep him a job but a real manager would kick him to the curb. I have been coming here for a long time and get so aggravated having to order from him. No bartender should slam my drink that I’m paying for in front of me. He’s actually being rude to everyone around me as well, cool.

Went for brunch today and I’ll first say the food was really good, so compliments to the kitchen. Caution though, read the menu/prices carefully as prices for the online menus are listed lower than they are in the restaurant. We also wound up paying $ 14 for 2 glasses of fresh squeezed orange juice which I thought was ridiculous. When taking our order, the waiter didn’t tell us it was fresh squeezed, nor did he divulge the price(which is more than a beer or pretty much any other drink on the menu). There’s no way I would have ordered it had I known it was $ 7 a glass. Didn’t realize this until we got the check. The manager came over and pretty much told me tough tits and too bad, even though they also screwed up one of our breakfast orders. For a $ 75 check, I thought they could have done the right thing and taken one of the juices off the bill or discounted the breakfast order they screwed up. I’ve never written a negative review, but just not happy about what went down there today. Will know for next time and just hit Hudson Grille next door.

While we normally have a nice time here the experience today was subpar. I was surprised by my family with a birthday brunch this Sunday morning. The server was nice enough and apologized for getting one of our orders wrong(which was totally fine and not a big deal at all) but the restaurant charged us $ 7 each for orange juices for the 2 kids– whereas the manager was cold and dismissive(this is more than the cost of a beer). Additionally, the server continuously kept saying the mistakes were the kitchen’s fault and not his. I told him I worked as a server and you never blame the kitchen or the restaurant. Also, the prices on the menu are NOT the same as what it is when you are there– so beware of costs that are at least 30% more.

Changed our mind from another restaurant to go here. Service is great and accommodating to food allergies. The manager even came out to take care of us.

There’s a lot of different type bars in White Plains, and for a Saturday night looking for a good time, this is probably one of the better bars on the whole ‘strip’. I’ve only been here on Saturday nights(the best night in White Plains), but for the times I’ve been here, always a nice experience inside. The music, depending on the time you get there, blends and gets clubbier by the end of the night. The place also gets crowded, but it’s expected. The bartenders are always nice and attentive. The drinks are always well made, decently priced, and do the trick. I can’t comment about the food, since I’ve never had anything off the menu.(If I do, I’ll edit this of course) When I go to White Plains for a Saturday night, this is one of two locations I always try to make sure I get a drink in. Nice crowd and what a bar should be like.

Love this place. Moved up here a couple years ago and out of all the bars in white plains this is my favorite. Coconut shrimp, and wings are awesome! And the chicken and Brie panini is my favorite meal to get. Night is insane. In a good way! No cover charge(sometimes on holidays) Wednesday is ladies night! $ 5 drinks and apps.

On valentine’s day, my boy friend and i went to the Brazon Fox for lunch. We were greeted and seated right away in the back balcony by the friendly hostess and given water from a glass water bottle by the bust boy. Or server greeted us within two minutes and took our drink orders. I wish i remembered his name, he was an older Spanish gentlemen, he gave us excellent service. We ordered two jameson with gingerales, the drink was poured perfectly balanced and came quick. For an appetizer, we had the nachos, our server recommended getting the half chili and chicken. It was VERY chessy but still delicious. After taking only 2 bits, our entrées came out but our server sent them back to the kitchen and apologized for it coming out too early. For the inconvenience, he gave us another round of drinks. Our entrées eventually came out, I had the steak sandwich with a house salad and my boyfriend had the chicken BLT i believe with fries(half regular and half sweet potato). Our sandwiches were not hot but still good, my house salad had true greens and came with a delicious balsamic cream dressing, the fries were tasty too. After eating, the manager came up to our table to apologize about the food. Theres a great selection of food and great service. Ill definately be returning when ever i visit White Plains again.

Of all the bars in White Plains Brazen is probably my favorite. They seem to draw a pretty consistent crowd and the atmosphere is great for watching games. I wouldn’t say it’s a sports bar, it’s a little more upscale, but watching a game here is great. The prices for food and drink are a little higher than I would expect, but I have to say the buffalo chicken wrap was excellent. It can get pretty packed, but in the summer this is a chill spot. I’ve had some good times at Brazen and it’s actually nice enough that I would go there to just eat or get a drink with a friend. When I used to DJ I met a client who couldn’t make it to our office here and I remember feeling like it was a really cool, casual way to meet up with someone.

I went to the Brazen Fox for dinner with a group, and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I was a big fan of the trendy pub atmosphere, and we received great service. I ordered a California turkey burger with the Caesar salad, and have to say it was the best turkey burger I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. Perfectly cooked and the pretzel bun was a great addition. I also appreciate the fact that this place gives you the traditional toppings and also lets you swap out the burger type(turkey, mushroom, etc.) for any of its selections. Looking around the table, I saw plenty of entrees I’d like to try in the future.

The bartender was extremely rude. He took my drink while I was drinking it/holding on to it. He said«have a good night» and then«you too.» Without even giving me time to respond … On top of that I had to chase him down any time I wanted to order more food or drinks. This was really annoying and a nuisance.

I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 3 because the area it is in and all the bars feed off eachother in a sense. If it was by itself it would probably be 3 stars. I got to visit White Plains for the first time last night and I enjoyed the town a lot. It is a younger crowd but I expected that. It’s a nice sized bar but there is a Dj. If you have a DJ you need to have a dance floor and it just looks like the DJ is playing to a crowded bar with no real place to dance. Luckily this is part of a bunch of bars within 200 feet of one another where if you really want to dance you can go across the street to Black Bear. Nice place though, I would label it as a wanna be club though when it is really just a pub

The service was fine, the drinks were eh. Buffalo cauliflower was delish. My friends and I went on a Sunday afternoon to watch football, and it was super duper loud, which is fine when the game is on, but so loud we couldn’t even hear each other. During the commercials of the games, I’m used to bars playing music, but they didn’t and the commercials were blaring. Annoying. The crowd was large bc they do beer specials and wing specials during Giants games, but we decided to drink bloody Mary’s, vodka drinks, and one friend got a mojito. $ 16 for the mojito. That’s insane. $ 12 for the Bloody Mary with no garnish at all. Also ridiculous. That’s prob the most I have ever paid for one, and I’ve had some that had shrimp, toast, bacon-the works. Not here. Really disappointing. We were shocked when we got our bill. There are so many other bars in White Plains I most likely will not be back because of the prices, unless I’m drinking draft beer. It’s White Plains, not a NYC bar on the water. $ 16 is crazy.

This review is for Sunday brunch only. Really great brunch place! Menu is diverse, food is so yummy and nicely prepared. Tollhouse Pancakes(chocolate chips and walnut) at $ 8 with complimentary mimosa/house champaign etc? It comes with tiny cups of maple syrup and whipped cream with strawberry chunks. Nice touch. Breakfast Burrito is another of my favorite. This always comes fresh, piping hot. Must try brunch here! PROS: — Amazing brunch selection at amazing price! — Really big parking in the back! CONS: — Services slow if you come in immediately upon opening. One time it took 30 minutes for the food to come out. — Really big parking in the back — but you have to pay for it.

4.5STARS I really like The Brazen Fox! I like it a lot! Great spot if you want to relax & eat outside on a nice day! That’s what I do… I don’t go too often but when I do a few of my faves are the chili nachos & the steak & blue cheese salad. They also make a mean frozen Mudslide! Very nice atmosphere and usually great, friendly service :)

Went here on July 3rd while I was in NYC for the weekend. Wanted a drink and went here for happy hour. Overall it was a nice experience, our server was very attentive, food and drinks were good. Only issue was the Hostess came off stuck up and rude. She complained about another customers child to me. And she seemed to have a bad attitude with other customers that asked to be seated in the shade. Other than that it’s a cool little spot, I would go back.

The Brazen Fox is an odd beast. To do it justice, one would need to write a different review for every four hour block of time throughout the day. For lunch and dinner, the food is neither great, nor bad. Perfectly passable burgers and salads, though the Irish pub food could stand to step up its game. At night the place turns into a playground for the Abercrombie catalog looking children of Westchester. The twenty something crowd turns the back patio into a meat market while a DJ plays top 40. The one constant is that the place is absolutely gorgeous. Black and white tile floors, exposed brick and stucco, granite tops on all four bars. All kept immaculately clean by the staff. You could do much worse.

Any place that serves free wings during aired games is the place to be. Came here for a shared brunch and watched the whole game with hubbs. They offer beer specials and free wings during the entire airings of the games. This means that plates of six wings are brought out regularly and given to anyone who wants and is ready for more. The bartenders are friendly and staff is energetic. The whole feel of the place is casual and unpretentious. I love coming out the White Plains to hang here. The parking lot is in the back and there are entrances on the main street side and from the parking lot(just be sure to put enough money in the meter because the traffic jerks are scavengers). This is a great place to have after work drinks, to have a family dinner and to watch the game with your friends. Nice spot.
