Went for dinner on a weeknight. There were only 6 people(literally) in the entire space, but we almost never saw our waitress. Didn’t come to check on us, bring us more water, and my biggest pet peeve– she brought the check without asking if we wanted dessert. She had no knowledge of the menu items either. The food was all around terrible. The crab cake was disgusting, the word lump should have no part of that description. It was all mayo and terrible. The salmon tacos were soggy and gross. The tortilla wasn’t grilled, clearly bought in bulk. The burger was another soggy mess, inedible. The waffles fries were the only good thing we got. The crème brûlée was way too loose to be considered a crème brûlée. Might be a good spot to go out, but it’s a horrible spot for a meal.

Went on a Friday night. YOUWILLHAVEFUN. It’s packed on the whole strip. And there was a mechanical bull. I had so much fun. It was easy to get in the bar, the drinks are good. The people are a young college crowd, which is my age group so everything was perfect the scene was great. Also it was a very packed Friday night and I got on the mechanical bull quickly. I signed the group waiver and then I looked up and I was next! I feel like you can’t go wrong with the Mamaroneck white plains strip on a weekend. The security weren’t pushy but I will say they DEFINITELY look at your IDs. If you have a fake be weary because they will scan it and they do stare at it and if they feel like it’s not you they get the next security guard opinion and you will not get in They don’t cause a scene but they are serious about letting people in with fakes. Friday night or weekend. GOFORIT.

Horrible service, waitress knew nothing about drink specials, drinks etc. she had to go ask the bartender questions 4 times(basic questions– what’s on tap?) and would forget the answers! it was St Patrick’s Day. One of us ordered a Black and Tan — «we don’t have that» she had no idea what it is! Service was so bad we decided to just have a round and appetizers. We were there from 6:15 until 8pm! Waiting on drinks, waiting on the check, then waiting a really long time for our change!!! The manager apologized to another table about the service, but ignored us.

Great hangout spot! Went for St Patrick’s parade in white plains and it was cool. Good music and vibe. What’s really cool is that it is connected to Black Bear so I thought that was awesome. Not sure if it’s owned by the same person but I dig the idea if it is! Honestly Copper Face Jack and Black Bear are two great areas to go to.

I really enjoyed the food here! My boyfriend and I decided to use our groupon for this place on a really cold Saturday night(beat out the Valentine’s Day crowd ;)) We were seated promptly and since the place was mostly empty, we had plenty of options. We decided to sit in the back which apparently is a favorite likely due to the shelf of books right above our heads and the cozy vibe. We started off with our drinks, then ordered wings + calamari as appetizers. The wings were alright, I probably wouldn’t order them again. I didn’t like the taste of the sauces and there was barely any meat on the bones! The calamari was amazing however. I am not as big a fan as my boyfriend is of calamari, but this one was particularly crispy and came with an amazing sauce that we unsuccessfully tried to identify. For entrees, I ordered the skirt steak and my boyfriend ordered the New York strip. I like that they were accommodating when I chose to change my side order to garlic mash instead of green mash. The portion sizes were so much bigger than I was expecting and I really enjoyed both dishes. Of course I had to steal some of my boyfriends steak that was smothered in an amazing mushroom sauce. I really loved the red wine reduction on my dish as well. As you can tell, I am a big lover of yummy sauces! Finally we finished with dessert. We had the chocolate lava cake and the ny cheesecake. The desserts were pretty lackluster. My biggest pet peeve is when the lava cake taste microwaved and doesn’t ooze out chocolate when you cut into it. The cheesecake was also pretty bland in my opinion so I would probably skip the dessert next time. All in all, I enjoyed this place and I will definitely be returning to try out more of their dishes!

We went for the sunday brunch menu and had frittatas and eggs benedict. Each dish came with unlimited mimosas or bloody mary. The food was good and the service was excellent. The food seemed a bit overpriced for WP(24.45 for the brunch combo) but we used the $ 30 for $ 50 offer on Unilocal which made it a bit more reasonable. Overall, good experience. Will definitely come back!

It seems like the hangout place for all crowds! We were addressed by the bartender and our waitress was very helpful. She suggested beers and entrees when we asked which would she prefer. Additionally, she checked up on us throughout our meal, ensuring that everything was to our liking and that we had everything we needed. My boyfriend and I ordered the fried calamari as an appetizer. It was super crunchy and had just enough breading(not thick like some places, and not too thin that it’s falling off). As an entrée, I ordered the pasta ala fil, which was essentially penne with cream sauce, shrimp, mussels, fresh mozzarella, and spinach. It was absolutely delicious. The shrimp and mussels were perfectly cooked, though seafood is extremely easy to overcook. The dish had 4 large shrimp and 8 mussels! My boyfriend had the thick cut pork chop. It came with applesauce, mashed potatoes, and sautéed vegetables. Just the smell of the plate when it got to our table was irresistible. Nonetheless, I had to try some! The chop was juicy and had that nice caramelized look and taste. Yummmmm! Copper Face Jacks is definitely not your ’round-of-the-mill bar. The food and drinks are great, the presentation of the food is spot on, and the staff is welcoming. We will return when we visit the area.

Great place! Food was top notch. Quesadilla starter was amazing. I had the thick cut pork chop and was impressed no only by the portion but the flavor as well. My boyfriend had the burger and was well pleased. The bar tender/server Craig was really friendly and personable. All in all it was a great night and I would recommend this place to anyone. On a side note, they had a pretty awesome playlist going which is really cool and rare.

I don’t get the high scores here as service was slow, food was luke warm, bordering room temperature, and bland as all could be. I built my own burger with grilled unions, cheddar cheese, avocado and an egg. Did not realize I was only getting one thin slice of avocado. Pretty disappointing. The fries were OK, but they too were luke warm. I asked for a side of mustard that I added. I couldn’t even taste the mustard. The place was empty, so I don’t know what the issue was. It wasn’t like they were slammed or backed up there were literally less than 10 people in the place. This is the worst meal I’ve had since I’ve been here. Had high hopes for last night

The service was great! The food wasn’t to my liking and the place was a little juvenile with the servers playing around. I would go there for the bar but not food.

Walked in and loved the restaurant, but the service not so much the same. Upon walking in we we seated along with our group and seated there for 20 minutes with no one tending to us till I asked, «may we please have some water and can someone please take our order» Unbelievable! Our waiter then took our orders with not much knowledge of the menu, we were then told that he was new, which was fine and understable aside from the fact that there were other employees walking around mingling/joking with people and did not bother to help him out. The food was then brought over to us at a 5 – 10 minute spam and while we all waited for each others food to come out everyones food was cold! The part that bothered me the most was that we were the only ones there on 1 side of the room and we were completely ignored.

Went for dinner on a warm Friday evening. We were seated outdoors. The outdoor tables were only half full. Samantha, our waitress, made a heroic attempt to take care of everybody without much support. She was running around like a headless chicken. Service was slow, but we couldn’t hold it against her. A lot of the beer taps weren’t working properly. We shared a suprisingly good order of crab cakes to start. I had a decent steak entrée and my wife had an OK Asian chicken salad. Not bad, but this place could do better.

Food was great — we had wings which were awesome. Brisket sandwich is absolutely amazing(very messy, but amazing). Chocolate lava cake was really good & perfect portion size. Service was very good — our waitress was brand new, but did an awesome job. Place was clean & not too crazy busy, which is nice. Will definitely return. My friend wants to try mechanical bull they have on the weeknight that they have it forget which night it is lol

Imani is amazing. She’s super sweet and welcoming. I’ve been there twice and the food is good and customer service is even better. I went with my daughter who is once and after about 10 minutes another server noticed her and brought her crayons and paper. Too cute! They were smiling with her a ton! The tots are good, burgers are good, the penne pasta is delicious! Pretty cool and chill place.

I have a random habit of calling this place«Ace of Spades» and I don’t know why, but I can never remember the name. Maybe that means the establishment is doing it’s job. The bartenders are nice and friendly, so that’s a big plus. It’s sort of a local crowd that comes in, but there are a lot of college students as well. I think they must have some sort of deal with the local colleges, because it seems like there are always student nights. The college crowds are pretty friendly and fun to hang out with. However, the local crowd who seem to make their way in there are pretty unfriendly and have a weird vibe. Hanging out around a bunch of old guys staring at college girls acting like creepers isn’t really how I want to spend my entire Friday night.

Amazing food, service, seating, and atmosphere. I used Groupon to purchase a meal for two with wine or beer and it was worth every dollar. Parking in neighborhood is with quarter meters so make sure you have change and a watch to keep track lol. One great note — I learned of Skinny Girl Moscato and OMG yes that good!!!
