The service is just OK. They do a pretty good job with a pedi and mani, but are not very friendly.

Overpriced and bad service i. e barely any massage for a pedicure. You feel rushed. Would not recommend unless you like to throw your money away. Unfortunate bc the girls that work there are nice.

Extremely overly priced and crappy quality and service. I got a gel manicure and the gel was coming off my nails two days after they were done. Gel manicures usually stay for a good two weeks. I went back for them to fix them and my nails were chipped again within a few days.
They must water down their nail polish products.

Worst in the area. Literally had to leave in the middle of a gel manicure. Short doesn’t mean your nail should be shorter then the top of your finger. Can’t believe this nail tech was licensed. Probably was not. 1 hand is shorter than the other. Frustrated!!! Not the relaxing experience it should have been. Need to find another place to finish the job. Good luck Cleo nails, now I understand why so many other people won’t go there either.

Found this nail salon on Unilocal,I work right around the corner. Have been looking for a new place! HUGE color section for polish and gel! Very clean, use disposable everything! Will be going back!

I love getting massages here. They’re a lot better than most high end spas in this area. And you definitely get your money’s worth.
I come here a few times a week for massages because they are so comforting!

Went to this place for the first time today because it’s very close to where I work. I did not have an appointment and showed up at 5:30 PM. They took me right away and I had a lovely young lady who is not only sweet but very good. Their regular pedicure is something like $ 28 but their spa pedicure is $ 45. I opted for the spa because it included an amazing foot massage, leg mask and scrub, and razor removal of calluses. It was totally worth it! The salon is clean, relaxing, and very convenient. I am totally hooked and will definitely be back.

The technician did a nice job and they keep the tools and sinks very hygienic. No wait and good selection of colors.
I did not give it a 5 as the environment leaves something to be desired. Holes in walls, missing pieces on the floor, etc.
Overall, if you are looking for no frills man-​pedi this is the place for you.

Fantastic nail salon! I am very fussy with my nails because my mum is a nail tech and has been for over 25 yrs so I know my stuff when it comes to correct technique/​cleanliness/​professionalism. This sale has all of it. They are very sanitary with their stock and they are very polite and they also seem to know what they are doing and they have correct technique. I always come in for a gel manicure and it is very good. They take their time/don’t rush you and they are polite! The price is $ 35 but I am very happy to pay this price. Will be back every 2 – 3 weeks Thanks!

My current gf lives in the area and I like to get manicures before meeting her since my nails/​hands are a mess after work (construction is hard work ya’ll). I have stopped by Cleos a multiple times and I must say that it is one of the nicest nail salons. But I think they are very expensive compared to other salons in the area. And if I’m going to pay Fifth Avenue prices, then I should receive Saks like service. I would say the service I’ve received thus far is more along the lines of Kohl’s instead of Saks. The technicians are nice but they are not as accommodating or attentive as I’d like. I just feel like they do the same job everyone else does but charge more because of the store setup.

I really like Cleo IV nails. Generally speaking, the girls are very detail oriented and most importantly… this establishment is clean! The instruments are disinfected in an auto-​clave and I really appreciate the fact that a new nail file/​buffer is used each time. Personally, I can only speak for their manis/​pedis as I would never have waxing done in a nail salon, but the manis/​pedis are well done and long-​lasting. Cleo is a bit pricey and they do not finish their services with a massage (which would be really nice); however, I feel comfortable that I will not contract an infection from dirty implements here. While my previous statement should be an expectation, sadly with many nail salons cleanliness and sanitary procedures are not the rule of thumb. I am very comfortable reccomending this salon.

i am so happy with this place! the manicurist, Jenny, was so meticulous with my nails i think they look perfect. they are a bit pricier than other places in the neighborhood, but i think it wasnt that much more expensive, especially considering the quality!

Just got my mani and pedi here last Friday before a flight out and so far so good! I’m obsessive when it comes to nails and the smallest chip drives me insane. After a flight, lugging my carry on all around Chicago, and eating some of the messiest foods, my nails are still miraculously immaculate.
Great service. As I was leaving to get up, one of the women noticed that I had closed toed shoes and had only been drying for 10 minutes. She went and got saran wrap for my toes to prevent smudging. I looked like a damn fool waddling with saran warp coming out of my flats but hey, I appreciate the thought!
Two issues: parking is atrocious in White Plains and thus, around that area. How’s a girl to get her nails did when the max meter parking time is an hour? There is no way any woman is going to get out of her seat mid dry to ruin her nails by putting in a quarter. Also, they are definitely overpriced. I paid nearly double what I normally pay at my favorite salon in Hoboken, same if not better quality.
Great service but comes at a cost.

This is actually one of the nicest salons in the area. However, they are extremely overpriced for their service and if I’m going to pay a premium then I should expect exceptional service. They are slow and do not offer a wide menu of services at this location. I left in the middle of my services today and vowed to find another nail spa. They do the same job everyone else does, but charge much more.

I’m not a regular here but from the few times I’ve been here I can tell you that their pedicures last 3 – 4 weeks and cost $ 28. Manicures are $ 12 which is pricier compared to other salons in White Plains that do the same or a better job. I’ve walked in each time that I’ve gone and never had to wait. Their pedicures are so relaxing!

This is a wonderful salon. I have been going here for years. It is exceptionally clean and the staff is professional and conscientious. It is also a very pleasant, soothing atmosphere and they usually have classical music playing.
I usually get a massage from Jay here. She is very good, and gives a firm massage. She actually responds to areas of tightness, or areas you ask her to focus on, instead of just doing a routine set of motions without deviation. Kim is also good, not as firm — which some may prefer.
They are all good at manicures and pedicures, and have seen clients request all of them. They sterilize everything, and use a sterile packet of implements if you don’t have a box with them (which I don’t). I have come in and seen them moving furniture to get things really clean. They must do that at least a couple times a year.
I go here for bikini waxing too. They make me feel very comfortable despite such an awkward circumstance! They also do eyebrow waxing at a reasonable price. (Admittedly, I usually have mine threaded)
They have a customer rewards card, and I have had enough points to get pedicures a couple of times for free, which is nice treat! They also give their regular customers a Christmas gift, usually a nice bottle of lotion. They also sell gift certificates.
There are a couple cheaper places, but their cleanliness is second to none. I have never had an unpleasant experience, and I have been here probably over a hundred times over the years.

I love this nail salon. They are always professional, and they do a great job. I have been getting manicures/​pedicures here for a few years, and they have always been excellent.
