I’m sorry, but this has to have been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a retail establishment. My brother and I came in to purchase our mothers Christmas gift, only to be «helped» by Liz. …and by helped I mean rushed out of the store and treated like second class citizens. I don’t know who this retail associate thought she was literally putting her hand in my wallet to give me my change, but she definitely crossed my personal boundary and treated us with great disrespect the entire time. It’s David Yurman, not Van Cleef. Lose the air of arrogance and rulax, lady.

This was the worst experience. The woman behind the counter looked at us like we were trash! She kept looking at the security guard. Well your loss! I went to my favorite store and purchased 10,000 in jewelry for my daughters birthday. Never judge a book by its cover. My purse costs more then what you were wearing sweetie. Just because we had sweats on! I’ll never go step foot in that store again. So you can roll your eyes and judge all you want. You lost commission!!!

I have bought many pieces at this specific David Yurman. Michelle the girl who has helped me out is great! Always following up, letting me know about up to date products and events at the store. I also enjoyed talking with the manager, His name isn’t Jared but something close to it. Very knowledgable about the industry and great to talk to. Thanks for all your help!

I would have given them a 0 but unfortunately that’s not an option. I purchased a 400 dollar bracelet at the Westchester store about a month ago only to have the clasp break. When I called to find out my options, I was told they don’t take returns and that the only place this is listed is on the receipt(which you receive AFTER they’ve swiped your credit card)! Total scam! Then, to make matters worse the salesperson, Eileen S. was beyond DISGUSTING!!! She told me that I was being rude, continuously tried to cut me off and not let me finish my sentences and made no sense about anything she said. The next salesperson I spoke to was Lauren, the manager at the Westchester store who was equally as rude and obnoxious as the first person. I love this brand and have been a very loyal customer BUT will never buy from them ever again and will make sure to let other know about this. I’m horrified at their lack of customer service and attitudes, it’s really awful and they should be ashamed.

recently ordered a mens ring over the phone with the help of susan who was wonderfully attentive, polite and efficient. everything from quality to customer service was stellar.
