Complete train wreck. Waited 15 minutes just for drinks there was no way we were ordering food. We got to watch the waiter frantically search for the bartender and then attempt making our order himself. The«managers» seemed to kill about doing nothing until finally informing our waiter that the bartender was in the bathroom the whole time. The waiters do all of their side work and gossiping in plain view of their tables it’s very odd. There are barely any other options in The Westchester Mall right now for dining so if you come, prepare for this circus or skip eating.

The service here is terrible and they make you wait for 30 minutes before they serve you. There was a table next to us that got their food before us even though they came 5 minutes after we did! The food is okay and honestly the only reason I and my husband went there was cuz it’s in the west heater mall and we were very hungry after shopping. I am definitely not coming back to this location and in general I am not a very big fan of PF Changs. I really hope they do something about their service

OK, please note that my reviews are based upon reasonable expectations and comparisons to other similar establishments. So as far as chain restaurants go, PF Chang’s scores very high. The food is made fresh and comes out timely and hot. The drinks are just fine and actually contain a substantial amount of alcohol. The service couldn’t have been better. We were greeted with smiles and seated promptly. The server checked back a few times to see if all was well and if we needed anything. Let me also say that this place was crowded due to the fact that the Westchester Mall’s food court is currently closed for renovation. Still, they were effectively serving their customers well.

Always a great service and even better food at this location! I usually come during the week during to take advantage of the lunch specials. But decided to feed a craving on a Saturday afternoon and of course it was well worth the trip. The food was awesome as usual. Our server was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the menu. He stayed on top of our strawberry lemonade refills, because we couldn’t get enough of how yummy the drink was. The Vegtable Lo Mein tasted amazing it’s definitely one of my go to meals while visiting the restaurant; because it’s so filling. The Sesame chicken w/broccoli was also really good, just enough sauce and the rice was served nice and hot. Overall, I always enjoy my meal and service received while visiting this location!

I like P.F. Changs. I eat at the location in my hometown all the time. We chose this place after travel because it was located in the Westchester Mall next door to our hotel. The food was good. It was what I expected because I eat here often. The service was ok. Our waiter was nice, but kind of preoccupied with other things. We asked for the appetizers to come out first, which is how I thought that worked anyway, but they didn’t. He brought everything out together, which irritated everyone because we were hungry. It would have been nice to ease our hunger with those appetizers, but nope. He later got a bit of an attitude with the folks I was with because they worked for our University and wanted him to give them separate tickets for their alcohol purchases, but he made a bit of a big deal about it. After we waited on tickets and for boxes for left overs we glanced over an saw him taking usies with the guests next to us. This went on for about 10 minutes along with some conversation. I don’t really care who takes selfies and talks to guests at length, just make sure your other guests are taken care of first. He wasn’t rude at all. He just seemed preoccupied with other things. So, I ordered the Dynamite Shrimp and Edamame. It was good. I still like PF Changs, but this particular server needs to focus on service!

I’ve been here multiple times and my experience is always the same. This just happens to be the first time I’m reviewing it. I used to get the pf changs for two, but then one day I decided to branch out a bit. I’ll start off by saying the service was and always is great. Also I get seated fast every time. Today I had a coupon for a free small plate or dim sum so I went with the small plate. Dynamite shrimp it is! One of my favorite dishes of all time. I’m not really good with hot or spicy stuff, but these pack the right amount of punch without making me cry. I always get wonton soup because it’s too good to turn down and also low calorie! In a large bowl there’s only about 480 calories, split that between two and you got yourself a hefty appetizer without going off your diet. Not only does it have wontons, but it is packed with shrimp, spinach, chicken and a couple of other things. I’m a soup lover so this satisfies my craving. Going with a lower calorie option for an entrée I decided to get the shrimp in lobster sauce. This was my second time getting it and I actually liked it more this time. Less sauce which honestly made it more enjoyable to eat. The sauce just reminds me of the oil from left over pasta when you microwave it and no one wants too much of that! The portion they give is huge, by the end I can barely look at the fortune cookie. My boyfriend got a dish that they brought back for a limited time because it was a favorite. It was the Dali Chicken and I have to say it smelled a little odd. Both me and him found ourselves wondering why it was brought back in the first place. He said after eating a couple of bites it grows on you, but definitely would not order it again. I guess it’s a hit or miss dish. Basically this place is pretty consistent, once in a while you will come across a dish that is mediocre so that’s why it’s 3 stars. I wish I could give it 3 ½ on here. I love almost everything I ever tried from here and the fried banana dessert is amazing! I suggest becoming a member of their points system, I just received a free entrée from going there all the time. They slowly add up and it’s a nice surprise to have a full meal discounted from your bill once in a while.

The Mai tai drink wasn’t that great. The honey shrimp was good but mostly those white noodle things on bottom. The calamari was good but not great I’d recommend another appetizer.

P.F. Chang’s is a place one goes to if he/she wants«Americanized» Chinese food. Sometimes, that can be a good thing. And sometimes… it can be bad. Really bad. Luckily, the food here is delicious, and the service is consistent. However, I took off one star because the food is so salty, maybe even too salty. I highly recommend the Orange Peel Shrimp. It is easily one of the best Chinese dishes I have ever had. Perfect blend of sweet and spicy. I also recommend the Chicken Lettuce Wraps.

Went there after many yeas of absence and the experience has not changed. We were in a tough spot with no other places and a hungry crew. The long absence was reconfirmed as the right decision soon enough, with standard to below standard fare with a ton of salt to mask any taste. Still the saltiest place on earth… Started with lobster roll to share, and although nicely presented the lobster was excessively cold(likely frozen) and tasteless. The entrees were chicken with sweet sour sauce, beef peppers special, Buddha’s feast and fried rice with vegetables. Not something any self respecting Chinese place can mess up. The tastes were Indistinct and even the steamed veg were salted and oiled. Not a spot I Plan to go to for many many years(read never again if possible) I Hope…

The wait was 40 mins which is typical for a Saturday night. Happy to sit at the bar and wait. Bartender was friendly. We were seated at our table. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. I enjoyed the meal for two for around 40 bucks you really can’t beat that! Mongolian beef is the best and their chicken lettuce wraps is the best appetizer. I ordered sushi, the spicy tuna roll. It was OK it was a lot more rice than the tuna it self. But wasn’t bad. I really like pf changs. The ambiance is relaxing. And the staff is very friendly. The food is great too.

I really love this place. The atmosphere is always good. The experience can either be exceptional or eh depending on who you get as a server. However, their PF chang spicy chicken, egg drop soup and dumplings never fail me. The dynamite shrimp is decent and the chicken lettuce wraps are a little on the salty side for me. Honey Chicken is pretty good too.

I really like PF. The food is good, the service is strong 99% of the time, and the menu offers a lot of options. I have eaten both the orange peel and sweet sour here and both delivered that higher scale Chinese food flavor I wanted. Next time I will try the sesame chicken! Now, the food size to price is preventing me from giving it a 4 star rating. However, I am a man who eats a lot of food, so for the average eater I would say the portions are fair. Will definitely be coming back in the near future.

The food was good but I expected more from such a well known chain. The waiter was prompt and the food all came in a timely manner but again I expected some unique Pan-Asian fusion dishes and I had the same if not better from smaller non-chain local Asian restaurants. The only good thing if people want Thai, Japanese, or Chinese it’s a one stop restaurant.

The food never disappoints. Very comfy place. I have it a four star because the food took a while for appetizers. I will be back for those shrimp dumplings

Better experience here than in the jersey city location we went to before. We had $ 100 gift card so our thought going in was. if the food is bad here at least we didnt pay for it lol. Our waiter was super cool and accomodating. The food was a bit better here and so was the whole atmoshphere. Dont know about going back anytime soon though.

Mediocre food, mediocre service, and high prices. I ate dinner here with a colleague. Opened the menu to find pen marks all over the middle page. Our waiter came quickly and was nice. The vegetarian lettuce wraps came quickly. The portion was smaller than I remember and the sauce was made in the kitchen. This was the first time no one offered to make it to my taste. My curry vegetables came almost devoid of sauce. This too was different from how I have had it before. Our water was regularly refilled. Unfortunately our waiter never came to check on us or offer more rice. Can’t say I would return to this location.

So what exactly is PF Changs trying to accomplish? This location in White Plains has been around for as long as I can remember, and this is the first time I’ve returned in like 10 years. My memories PF’s as a kid were of a higher-end splurge kind of place with a unique take on Chinese fusion. Not sure if this place changed dramatically or I did(or both), but wow, what a lousy experience. Went with a big group of work colleagues for lunch and everything was sub par. Opened the menu and was met with a mysterious sticky orange substance splattered in several places. Pretty gross and appetite-impeding. We started with some apps to share: Chicken lettuce wrap– this was decent. build your own little lettuce wrap, nothing particularly offensive about it. I found the crunchy things useless Fried dumplings– mediocre, same quality as frozen bag dumplings Kale & quinoa dip– not dip as much as a watery/runny sauce. The fried wonton-chips were good, but hard to mess that up honestly Moving on to lunch– Started with hot & sour soup. Incredibly salty. I got the beef & broccoli with fried rice, simple right? WRONG! Beef was extremely chewy and fatty. Fried rice tasted really bland. The broccoli was decent and I ate all of that. Full disclosure– most of the people in my party really love this place so they must be doing something right. Me? I’ll stick to a more authentic spot like H Mart for dumplings 1000X better without the faux pretentious atmosphere. The décor & staff were tired and worn out. Looks like a depressing work environment(and I worked at Friendly’s for 3 years so I know about that!) The food at Asian Wave in Thornwood is WAY better and similarly priced(a tad more affordable). I really don’t get this place. It seems like they’re trying to do JUST enough to justify their prices but it’s not really working anymore. I suppose for parts of the country without decent Asian cuisine this is the best you can get: middling quality processed chain restaurant food. If you’re into vaguely Asian-influenced, uninteresting, uninspired dishes masquerading as high-end food and don’t mind paying a premium for the privilege, this place is for you. I won’t return here on my own accord.

About the only«Chinese restaurant» I consider these days. Everything that came to our table was remarkable as usual but I am Unilocaling to talk about something I never considered because I thought it only came in chicken. Here it is! A veggie lettuce wrap. This thing rocked! With Tofu and other mixed veggies it’s definitely a palate delight. Angie and I are taking this idea home. It’s one that we can easily make for a light diner. Yum!
