Gap

This store is always so organized and easy to navigate. Even the sale section is pretty well organized.
The staff is terrific here. They’re cheery and helpful, informing you of what sales they have going on. The woman who was stationed at the fitting room was eager to help, which is NOT the norm.
They don’t sell Gap Body here, but they do have a large Gap Fit section at the back of the store.

I visited this GAP location on a weekday afternoon and was extremely underwhelmed by the service there. Although the store was not at all busy (as you can imagine on a Monday at 3 o’clock) and there were at least 4 sales associates on the floor, not a single one of them could be bothered to greet customers coming in or to provide assistance to customers seeking help.
So, fine, one of the reasons I was there was to return a pair of pants I purchase the previous week that were too small. I went to wait in line as the only sales associate at the register finished working with another customer. There seemed to be some issue with the customer she was working with, so the line of people waiting started to build up after me.
Once it was my turn at the register, the sales associate barely said two words to me before handing me back the return receipt.
I said: «Is that all?»
«Yes»
“Ok, thank you“
I also wanted to stay and purchase a pair of jeans, but the whole experience was so underwhelming, from start to finish, that I left.
There are so many other GAP locations in the area though, that it is not such a big loss. I will shop at other GAP locations in the future.

Good place for basics and casuals. I always check the sale rack first.

GAP is my go-​to place for basics and casuals. The quality of their clothes and merchandise is favorable compared to other stores. I’m particularly a fan of Baby GAP and their children’s department. GAP has everything I need. I have no complaints about this GAP location.
