Antiquated computer systems and incompetent staff! My daughter registered at the White Plains Store, well she tried but their ‘systems where down!’. I have tried to make a few returns on some of her gifts and each time my blood boils! They can never seem to make an easy return, there is always ‘problems with their computers’. I spoke to the manager, after the assistant manager was no help and not that nice at all! He apologized and informed me he knew of the problems, but this store has left such a sour taste in my mouth, I will not be back — not worth the hassle at all!

The fancy, expensive chef/foodie’s heaven. I wish I could afford to buy all the stuff they have here, but alas, a lot of it is on the pricier side of the spectrum. You can get cookbooks(meh, none of the recipes in a lot of them blew me away), utensils, premade mixes for things, spices and in the back of the store, you can buy dining room stuff. Staff always greets you hello, and is happy to help if you have questions(like when we were checking out a Vitamix). Middle island gets packed when they’re cooking a sample of something. Makes the room smell delish. Personally, aside from a few kitchen essentials, most of the items sold here are worthless.

Terrible service from regional manager Jennifer. She had a hard time finding the dishtowels, etc. I needed from a bridal registry. Giftwrapping took 30 minutes– for towels! I kid you not. When she finally emerged with an enormous box(that I will have to undo and re-wrap more appropriately) I asked about the lengthy wait. Jennifer was snippy and rude, telling me that there were others ahead of me. When I said it would have been courteous to inform me of that BEFORE the wait she turned and walked away. RUDE! I will most certainly NOT be returning.
