Very pleased with the massage therapist I have worked with for regular deep tissue massages. If she departs someday without a suitable replacement, it’s likely I will as well.

My first time at massage envy and probably my last. I know the business model is to make you want to become a member and have a massage every month but I do not find it relaxing to be done with a mediocre massage and then be hassled about becoming a member for 15 minutes because they had trouble processing my giftcard.

Recently visited this location and what a complete disappointment. I booked a one and a half hour massage and at the end of my massage noticed the therapist only did one hour and 10 minutes. In addition, the massage was mediocre. The therapist just didn’t want to be at work. What was I to do once I was dressed and back at the front desk? Demand he complete the massage? The front desk noticed immediately before I even said something. They were apologetic but what a complete disappointment… here I thought I was getting a day off with relaxation but left disappointed and annoyed. I would not recommend this location at all. I felt management could of offered me more than«how about you pay for another service and we’ll add a little extra time on it.» I gathered this wasn’t the first time this has happened either from our conversation. There are so many great massage locations in Milwaukee… just be careful which one you choose for your special day.

No idea what the other ladies issue is. They are SO nice and it is nice and relaxing. Go to another place then sounds a bit divaish.

Nothing to be envious about this place. Have been to several massage places around the greater Milwaukee, and this by far, is the worse. Thought I’d give this place another try, the first massage therapist wasn’t effective, hardly felt a relief in my muscles after the massage. Even after advising she could use more pressure. Felt like all she was doing was just rubbing me down with lotion and calling it a «massage». The second try was a deep tissue massage where I was massaged on the front of my neck and chocked/coughed/gagged from the therapist pressing on my trachea. Was advised that was a sensitive spot, no sh**, that’s my throat, where I breathe, of course it’s sensitive. I have problems with my shoulders, not my throat. They charge nearly the same price as Neroli, but lack the aromatics, relaxing space, shower to clean up after the massage, etc. The massage lotion smelled like cheap plastic knock off version of vaseline lotion. Did not feel more relaxed after the massage. They also like to take down your credit card in case you don’t show up or cancel the day of. If they have such a bad history of customer reservations not showing up, must be a reflection of their services. Never going back here again.
