You will be warmly welcomed by a vast array of lavish little bottles stacked high, topped by the larger containers of various oils and vinegars among other items that will help bring out the best in your meals. Once your attention has been captured by an a particular items the warm and wonderfully charming proprietor will likely great you personally.
If you have ever been to a wine tasting the experience here will be similar. The only difference being the tasting sizes will be smaller, given their rich contents. The infused oils and vinegars are lavishly rich and full of flavor. Using just these two components would be more than sufficient as a salad dressing, to cite but one example. The flavors and combinations are endless.
