Waiter Gio was rude and short not professional at all! When greeted he said if we wanted to get served we should sit at bar! I did not want to sit at bar and took 10 mins to even be greeted at the table then when finally greeted we had to order food and drinks. I haven’t been hear for awhile and now I know why! Worst service and attitude of staff was awful! DONOTEATHERE!!!

I went just so I could see what experience I was going to have. I left it wide open so that I could possibly get a wow experience. Not this trip. I didn’t have to wait bc it was just me so I sat at the bar. Kinda knew what I wanted but I wanted to see if happy hour changed. Unfortunately, I came on a Wednesday, and the chicken isn’t on the specials this day. The chicken during happy hour was really the best thing. So I sadly ordered the artichoke dip bc I did remember that it used to be really good. I had to wait 25 minutes just for the dip. Smh. Then the food came right out as I took my first bite. Call me petty, but I don’t like when that happens. The appetizer should be out quick and with space to enjoy and then you get your entrée. The dip was ok. Not like I remembered. The entrée I ordered was the brunch burger(because of the commercial). I was let down. The egg didn’t seemed fresh. It was like the eggs at McDonald’s. The bun could have even had a little flare to it but it was like a McDonald’s cheeseburger bun. I hate adding a lot of condiments to food, and I had to bury it in ketchup for flavor. I hate that. The server was very nice(Santana), so no fault of hers. Maybe my recent experiences at other places have spoiled me too much.

I’m a glutton for punishment. I’ve walked out the last two rimes. Decided one more time because of the time. This time we didn’t leave. The food was good and so was the service. Saw faces I didn’t recognize. Turns out they are under new management. The manager stopped by and confirmed he’s been here«cleaning» things up. We had a really good time.

We ordered takeout lunch from this place, I got a Asian chicken salad for about $ 11. It was a pitiful portion — the takeout container was half empty; it was the size of a side salad at most other restaraunts. There was maybe a cup of lettuce — a total of about 12 bite-sized pieces — and if I’m being generous, about 4 oz of overly-breaded and over-cooked chicken. A tiny sprinkle of chow mein noodles and a few cabbage shreds completed the salad. No almonds. What a waste of $ 11; if I’d been at the restaurant myself I’d have sent it back and ordered something else, though I really doubt they’d short a sitting customer like that — only their takeout customers. I’ll never be back; hope the half dollar of ingredients they saved was worth it to them.

Service was kind of slow. But the food was great. I ordered the sampler appetizer which was good. The artichoke dip tasted watered down. The wings were really good it was some new Asian zing flavor(I think). Nice portion sizes for the sampler.

I’m not normally a customer at chain restaurants as there isn’t any creativity involved. My trip to Applebees confirmed that these places are normally not great. I can honestly say this was the worst of all like restaurants. We ordered the appetizer platter and it all tasted as if it had been frozen, which I’m pretty certain it had been. Nothing too flavorful. But wait, the flavor is coming. Being xmas eve day there were only a few patrons. Still everything took quite a while to get to the table. Our order must have been in line for the microwave. For my meal I went with the Mac and Cheese with chicken strips. Now I can go to town on some Mac and Cheese. But this version was served barely hot and ONION for days. Not just onions but it tasted like they had pureed an entire onion in the one serving. Pretty disgusting. I’m anticipating burping up onion for a few days. Gross. And I don’t get the chicken strips with the mac and cheese. Not IN the mac and cheese but kinda laying on it. Everything tasted terribly processed. The waitress was nice but that’s about all I can say good about this place.

Very slow service. Our drink glasses were dirty and one of them still had someone’s lipstick on it! Save your money and eat somewhere else!!!

I have been here several times because my friend is a Applebee’s fan. What I have observed over my last three visit here. Food is usually decent. Nothing that stands out as awesome or highly recommended though. Service is very slow most of the time even when the restaurant isn’t very busy. In fact staff is not usually very friendly and several times we didn’t see our server for more than 10 minutes. This restaurant also does not like to give you ice with your ice tea. Much better dining experiences in the area to choose from.

Was in the area at the local hospital. I took a walk down the street, saw Applebee’s, and headed in. While sitting, I loaded Unilocal, read the reviews and thought, ‘oh crap, I’m in for a disappointment.’ My experience was far from dismal, however; it was quite pleasant. I sat at the bar, as I usually do when traveling. I was acknowledged almost immediately and served in a timely manner. The food was hot and well prepared. My beer glass was kept full. The staff were friendly. The house was clean. It was an above average experience. A great example of a chain Applebee’s. The one weirdness: they had a DJ. Just seemed odd. I’ve never thought of Applebee’s and DJ’s going hand and hand.

Ordered the sliders once don’t know how such a dry shriveled piece of meat is going to slide anywhere… The seasoning and sauce on it we’re horrible and made the whole thing taste like it was in the waste bin at some point. Every time I have been here the food has been a step away from unpalatable. The fries are okay, but it is hard to screw that up, I guess. A few months ago I went to this restaurant before a Blue Jackets game. It took one hour to get my meal, the food was cold and over cooked, service was non existent. I ordered coffee and never got it. My Lady ordered sweet tea and received water. When I asked for the manager I was told she was busy. I sent a email to Corporate and this woman from this restaurant who said she was the manager said she was sorry, took my name and address, city state and said I would receive a gift card. I never received it, and I will not go back to a Applebees again. My Lady and I used to go twice a week. We now seek out other restaurants.

Came for dinner with a friend over the weekend. There werent too many people in the place when we got there. Maybe 6 tables tops. initially our service was spot on, our waitress was there as soon as we sat down. We each ordered a beer and decided to take part in the 2 for 20 deal. I got a steak, he got some chicken and we shared a spinach and artichoke dip. The dip was great… his chicken looked good… my steak… well…If i had no teeth and was looking for a good meal to gum on, I guess this would have worked. Sooooo I finished everything minus the steak and brought that home for the dog… and he enjoyed it so I guess thats an upside. All in all Applebees is Applebees… dont expect anything more… maybe just less

I’ve been to this Applebee’s a few times over the past year, usually during lunch time with co-workers. Most of the time I get the unlimited soup/salad lunch combo for $ 6.99, but sometimes I’ll grab a regular lunchtime entrée. Every time I’ve been there the service has been quick and friendly. As an example, with their new«Free if we take longer than 14 minutes» promo during lunch, they put a stopwatch at your seat when you order your meal. For my first soup/salad combo today, it took a whopping 2 minutes and 46 seconds. Granted, the follow up salads/soups took a little longer, but never over 5 minutes. I’m a huge fan of the pecan-crusted chicken salad. I would like to see the dressing be spread a little more evenly, but the flavor is just delicious. The mandarin orange slices offer a great offset to the chicken. The French onion soup is good, not great. It lacks that powerful brothy flavor. Today’s soup of the day was potato bacon, which was pretty good, though the tortilla soup is my personal favorite. Overall a pretty decent joint, though I’m loathe to give five star reviews to chain restaurants, unless they’re extremely over the top incredible. I certainly plan to keep going here.

Don’t eat here. Three times I’ve been brought here for lunch and all three times the service was terrible. The waiters all stand out back smoking cigarettes. The food is always over or under cooked. Salads, appetizers and drinks are always brought at the same time as the entrees. Awful.
