I haven’t been to a Cici’s up until now because it never appealed to me. My girlfriend has been asking me to go for quite some time so I owed it to her to finally go. Let’s just say it was just what I expected. The buffet offers soup(Chicken Noodle), salad, pasta salad, pasta(Alfredo or Marinara), cheesy bread, numerous pizzas and flatbreads, and desserts such as brownies and cinnamon rolls. The salad mix I believe is made up of mostly iceberg lettuce, the pasta sauces are bland, they use the same pasta(cavatappi) for the soup, pasta salad, and pasta, and a majority of the pizza is dry from sitting under the heat lamps. The key to having a decent experience is patience. Some of the specialty pizzas and flatbreads are actually pretty good, but you have to get them as soon as they come out.

So of course this is exactly what you pay for. The store itself was a bit run down but it was clean and the staff was very friendly. I wasn’t expecting terrific pizza so I thought my expectations were totally met. I mean the pizza was great for the price and the mac and cheese pizza came straight out of the oven and tasted amazing. If i wasn’t so concerned with gaining a hundred pounds, I would come here regularly. The only downside is I like ketchup on my pizza(very weird, I know) and they didn’t have any. Other than that I loved it and I am so happy I made the trip to go there.

Very good place for pizza. They didn’t have plain pizza out but when I asked they put one right in. Thanks for catering to my 2 very picky eaters!

Establishments like Cici’s and Infinito’s have limited reasons for their survival: quantity, and selection. Tonight was my first-ever visit to a Cici’s, and yes, I saw and conquered the pizza buffet. There was quantity, and there was selection. We saw a table busboy once towards the end of our visit, and didn’t observe too much cleaning of tables between guests. I may have missed it, but it wasn’t overt. Stealthy sanitation! Oh, and don’t forget those nasty tongs. Bring hand sanitizer, and use it early and often! Favorite was the veggie pizza on a thin crust. Least favorite was pizza was the pepperoni… to liquiddy, if ya know what I mean. Most interesting was the people watching. I don’t make a habit of these places, but apparently many do. Often. America, you are a very unhealthy place. Oh, the calories consumed and the sugary sodas swizzled! I’m not heading out of my way for another pizza buffet for many a day, but suffice it to say, Cici’s is just ok.

If you’re not expecting much, prepare to be amazed! This hidden gem is buried deep within an unassuming shopping plaza on every Lehigh Valley consumerist’s favorite boulevard. The service level and cleanliness definitely exceeded my expectations by far. Dining in a corner booth at prime feeding time provided an ideal people watching situation. All of this for $ 5! Who could be disappointed? Next time my self esteem level is low and my hunger is high, I’ll definitely return to gorge myself on pizza and sub-par desserts. Thanks Cici’s!

If your just going for the experience of having a pizza bar and the idea of their being multiple choices then yeah that’s what you are going to get. Just don’t expect this to be the best pizza you have ever had. It’s basically one step above frozen pizza but you shouldn’t be expecting much for the price you pay. It’s cheap and it will fill you up.

Not exactly good. Filling yes. It is all you can eat but it’s assembly line food made by entry level employees. It simply can’t compete with a real pizzeria. That said if you have a horde of children to feed(and aren’t bothered by other such groups) this place could get the job done.

I ate 12 slices of pizza here. The Mac & Cheese pizza was my favorite from the choices. Service was good, price was low, and it was not busy at all. I think I gained 10 pounds just eating here. Parking: Big shared lot Price: $ 6+ drinks all you can eat Wait: None

The quality of Cici’s pizza cannot be compared to the best pizza joints in South Philly, but you have to consider CiCi’s for what it is. In comparison to Chuckie Cheese and other joints that target kids that don’t know the difference between good and shit pizza, this place is pretty good. It is only $ 5.99 for all you can eat pizza, soup, salad and pasta(before the drink) for adults. Their salad is just pretty much iceberg lettuce mixed with the typical veggies that you would find in a packaged bag of salad but I can tell that people don’t come here for salad. The chicken noodle soup was actually rather good. There were about 8 different types of pizza out at any time and they continued to change it up while we were there, The mac n cheese pizza was definitely my favorite. I recommend getting yourself a cup of marina and dipping the mac n cheese pizza into the marinara sauce. And the apple dessert pie was awesome! To be honest, I couldn’t tell what type of pizza some of them were, but whatever they were all different and I didn’t come across any that I hated. It was far from being the best pizza I’ve ever had, but the place is quick, cheap, and all you can eat with a few really tasty items so for that I am giving it 4 stars. This particular location had more pizza options out than the Cici’s I have been to in the past. I think this is especially a good place to take kids. And I looked up the nutrition online and the nutrition for the pizzas is not nearly as bad as I expected, with having about 125 – 190 calories per slice depending on the toppings. Of course the slices aren’t that big but I find it really cool to be able to eat 4 different types of pizza slices for about 600 calories. I am no stoner but I imagine this place is a stoner’s paradise.

This location is better than most locations because of the service. Staff is very friendly, and if they see you looking for a pizza on the buffet that you cannot find, they’ll proactively ask if you need help and offer to make the pizza for you. I ordered take out pizza once and got there before the pizza was done, the manager offered me a free fountain soda while I waited. Little things like this will keep me coming back, the food has always been fresh and up to expectations.

I’m giving a 5-star review because you can’t expect too much when you’re paying around $ 5 for all you can eat salad, pasta, pizza and dessert. The restaurant is nicely sized with a few large tv’s hanging in the corners. The employees are always pleasant and the food is pretty good considering what you pay. The salad section of the bar is nice and basic with a good selection of dressings, the pasta section is again, basic but the pasta is cooked properly. The pizza is good, my favorite would be the buffalo chicken. If you know what kind of pizza you prefer, just ask them and they’ll make it if it’s not on the bar for you. Their desserts are great, brownies, apple pie pizza and cinnamon rolls. For the minimal cost of this amount of food, it’s a great, cheap dinner out.

In my opinion, Cici’s pizza is LOUSY. My kids love it, but I have had better pizza out of the frozen food section of a grocery store. The only things I did enjoy were my kids enjoying it, and their dessert pizzas were good. That’s it though. It’s garbage pizza that lacks flavor, and they go cheap on the cheese.

Sufficient if you’re out of options and desperate. Salad and Dessert Cinnamon Pizza was the best part. Actual pizza tasted like junk.

Okay, I’m kind of in love with this place. All-you-can-eat pizza is just a great concept, and it’s not just pizza — they have a good salad section as well as pasta and deserts — all for around $ 6 a person. Okay, so obviously it isn’t gourmet pizza we’re talking about here, but I didn’t have any complaints! They had some really interesting selections(mac & cheese pizza? Suprisingly good!) and the workers told me right away that if there wasn’t a certain kind of pizza there that I wanted they would make it up fresh for me. Wow! It’s pretty clear that CiCi’s is marketed as a kid-friendly place(they have a play area and kids movies playing on TVs around the restaurant) but at the same time, it’s definitely not just for kids. I would totally take someone here on a casual date or whatnot. It’s just fun! What really sold me was the customer service. Honestly, it’s some of the best I’ve had, ever. Even though I went in about 45 minutes prior to closing, the employees were all just as cheerful as could be. They greeted me enthusiastically and were practically falling over themselves to make sure I got everything I wanted. For a $ 6 buffet, it’s WAY more than I expected. Oh, and not to mention — since it was closing time when I was leaving and they were about to throw out a bunch of the extra pizza, they gave me a box and asked if I wanted to take some of it home for free! They let me take as much as I wanted. Awesome!

Cici’s is a chain. You come here for one reason, and one reason only. It’s a $ 7 all you can eat buffet. As one would expect at that price point, the food isn’t the greatest, but hey, you can eat a lot of it. Cici’s has all types of pizza that turns over and is replenished quickly. On a Sunday afternoon the place was packed. They have a salad bar, some pasta, and a small dessert bar which are all included in the price. This particular location gets brownie points for the excellent customer service. Every customer is greeted and thanked. The manager who is friendly, makes sure his staff is hustling, and often walks around checking on guests. If you’re running errands in whitehall with the kids, this is a good place to stop, otherwise skip it.

CiCi’s is just awesome. As soon as you walk in everyone shouts WELCOMETOCICI’S!!! If you ever want to pig out on tons of different kinds of pizzas, then this is the place. The salad bar is fairly good. The pizza tastes awesome. You can get tons of it, stack it on your plate, sit down and eat it, and then go for more. If they don’t have what you want, you can request it and they will deliver it to your table when it’s done. There is also an arcade. Price is around 5 dollars, 7 if you want a drink with your meal. You can request water at no charge and you will be given a clear plastic cup so they can tell if you put soda in it or not. ;) Favorites are the Cheeseburger and Macaroni and Cheese pizza; everything else is awesome too though.

Wow! This location is so much better than the one in Vegas! Cleaner, newer(just built in the past few months), and more selection. The salad bar beats the pants off Vegas. Vegas merely had two pre-mixed salad choices, while Allentown had a full selection of toppings and dressings. They brought out several different types of pizza. We grazed for a quick 30min and everytime we went up there was something new. I tried the brownies this time and was unimpressed – They tasted like Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker, nothing special.
