Horrible experience! I was unable to return items that were gifted to my child because the receipt noted it was after the 180 days. The items were given to us 180 days after purchase. The items don’t fit. I wasn’t looking for a cash return. I wanted a store credit. The manger was unable to resolve the issue blaming the Corporate office for her lack of autonomy. What’s the point of a store manager if she refuses to resolve issues? Make it right, Gymboree. Let me return items that didn’t fit my child.
