This place is a scam. Dropped my watch off to fix a crack in the glass. The watch worked perfect otherwise. Picked it up paid $ 44 and the glass was fixed. It looked perfect. I then noticed that it was not keeping time. The movement would stop. I showed it to the lady working there and she wanted nothing to hear about it. They did not believe me so I left the watch on the counter and waited 15 minutes to show her it didn’t keep time. When she realized this she said what do you want me to do about it? I said please have it fixed. She said It was responsible and that watches break it was not their problem. I told her I never had a problem till now with the time she said o well. So they sent it out for a quote to fix it. I was quoted $ 80 to fix the now broken movement. What a joke. The fat lady there is really bitter and does not care about anyone’s items. So much for my $ 400 watch. Btw when they fix your movement you will be guaranteed that they swap the original quartz movement for a cheap piece of plastic. It is a scam. They send the watches to philly and work with that company to rip people off. I would never take anything here again. I urge people to re consider if they are thinking about this joke of a buisness.

Changing a watch battery shouldn’t be difficult and in the past, I always had trouble finding a place that would actually replace the battery of my trusty Timex. This place is a kiosk and there was no wait and it took a total of less than 5 minutes to finish the job. It’s on the upper level and the quickest way there is to use the entrance between Macy’s and Boscov’s. Walk straight ahead and it’s the first free standing cart immediately on your left(you can’t miss it). They also gave me a Frequent Battery Buyer Card. Buy 5, get the 6th free.
