The service here has been good and I love their happy hour specials. $ 5 burgers and $ 3 margaritas. Can’t beat that!

Food was luke warm. Ordered the crab cake dinner with asparagus& mash potatoes & it wasn’t appealing to the eye. The biscuits also came out flat!!! &the atmosphere wasn’t the cleanest.

I just went there today, and the food and the service was horrible. The pretzel buns were hard and seemed to be old. I told the manager and he just stood there looking at the food. When I explained what the problem was he only asked if we wanted dessert and that he doesn’t believe the buns are out of date. When we left we started to have a stomach ache and not feel too good. This is the worst restaurant in the lehigh valley that I have been to so far. I will never go here again, and would highly that nobody goes here if you care about your health. Eating dog food would have a better reaction then this place. Giving this place 1 star is 1 start too much, deserves 0 stars.

Went to have an early dinner(4:30) with my husband on this Thursday. Not sure if the day or time was bad, but our meal was HORRIBLE! First of all, we only wanted the salad bar, but @ 8.99, it seemed ridiculous. So we figured we’d get the fish tacos and mini burgers and the salad bar would only cost 2.99 extra. We thought we’d then have lunch leftovers for the next day. UGH!!! Service was fine; waitress very nice. Beer, nice and cold. Salad bar was good. Then our burgers and tacos arrived… The mini burgers(2) had a quarter size squirt of ketchup/small pickle in the center of one side, the other side had a quarter sized squeeze of mayo; cheese was a 1 inch square, barely melted and the burger I tried(only 2 bites), was so dry and old tasting. Fries tasted like they were baked in the oven, left to cool, then reheated. UGH My husband’s fish tacos were not much better. He said they tasted ‘old’ and dry, with no flavor. The waitress did ask how everything was after our first bites, and I told her my burgers were horrible. She asked if I wanted a manager to come over, but I said, don’t bother… I just wanted to get home. I only took 2 bites of my meal, but we took the food home, but knew the dog will be getting it. BUTNOW I’M SOANGRY I DIDNOTSPEAKUPANDSPENT $ 30+ FOR A HORRIBLEMEAL!!! Sorry, but the Lehigh Valley has WAY too many restaurants, and this is one I do NOT have to visit ever again!

Let me start off with the fact that this place was not crowded that night and it is in the Lehigh Valley Mall. So, I don’t know about the other ‘Tuesdays around the Valley, but this one needs improvement in customer satisfaction. We were seated immediately and greeted promptly by our waiter. I have no problems with the waitstaff at all. He did his job very well. I ordered a chicken dish and my wife ordered a sandwich. Her sandwich was fine, but my chiken came out undercooked. I say this because when I sliced it, the flesh appeared to be undercooked in the middle of the filet. When I noticed this I stopped eating it, for obvious reasons, and I waited patiently for our waiter to return. I did not summon him or request him; I waited patiently. Now when he did arrive, at this point we were somewhat in a hurry because it was a long day and we just wanted to go home. Also, a rule of thumb I’ve learned over the years; if something comes out not to your liking for any reason, do not send it back and expect for the same dish to return! Ask for a completely NEW entre. You have no idea the stories I’ve heard and the things I’ve seen from patrons and friends that have had their plates returned to the kitchen of a restaurant. Anyway, I told our waiter that I believed the chicken was undercooked and I showed him what I was talking about. He looked at it and took it back to the kitchen after I told him that I wanted it removed from my bill. At this point everything was ok, then the Assitant Manager came over and just stood there at our table without saying anything. I said, «yes?» She then introduced herself as the Assistant Manager and asked if there was something she could do. I explained to her that I don’t want to argue, but that I believed that my chicken was undercooked and that I wanted it removed from my bill. Now remember, I stopped eating it upon discovery of what I saw. I didn’t eat more than 2 bites. She comes back and said that what I saw was a «vein». Ok, that’s nice, I don’t care and why is she telling me this. I saw what I saw and I’m not paying for it and let’s leave it at that. Why even say anything more than, «I’m sorry sir, how may I fix this for you?» All that does is provoke an argument which I stated I was trying to avoid! Anyway, the days of old when the Customer is always right are definately long gone. Beware what you order and examine it closely. Needless to say, I will not go here again, ever! Thanks for reading my rant. :)

Just back from lunch at Ruby Tuesday in the Lehigh Valley Mall. It was the last day for a $ 10 off coupon so we thought we’d give it a try. Never again!!! Bad start when I had to go through a stack of wet plates to find one that didn’t have specks of something on them. We ordered two different entrees. Mine was called New Orleans Seafood and on the menu it looked yummy with large succulent shrimp on top of tilapia. When it came it looked horrible with six minuscule shrimp that tasted raw and slimy on top of overcooked fish that was so over seasoned with Cajun spices you couldn’t taste the mushy fish. The side of green beans that were grilled were inedible because they tasted like burnt grease from the grill. My husbands coconut shrimp and chicken was equally overcooked and tasteless. When our very nice waitress inquired if everything was ok, we said«not really»(this is only the second time in our life — and we are old and retired– that we have ever complained about the food in a restaurant). The manager was equally nice and offered to get us something different — but we figured that we had seen and tasted enough and didn’t think that it was going to get any better! She didn’t charge us for one meal — which we thanked her for — but we will definitely not return to Ruby Tuesday anytime soon.

Had high expectations of this place. My girlfriend and I were Christmas shopping in the mall and decided upon Ruby Tuesday’s. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server came and took our drink orders and we looked over the menu. Drinks came and orders were placed. We were told complimentary biscuits were on the way. 15 minutes go by, my burger and her salad come out. My burger is dripping water? «Oh that’s from the lettuce and tomato». Bun and plate of fries very soggy. No dressing comes with her salad. She waited 10 minutes for a small cup of french dressing. Staff wasn’t very helpful or sympathetic. Offered more complimentary biscuits(still waiting on the first batch), which we did not receive until the check was signed. Very bad experience. Would recommend a different place to eat if in the mall.

An outstanding Ruby Tuesday Restaurant. Most Ruby Tuesdays serve greasy horrible food, but the food here is amazingly not bad. Okay, okay, my fellow food snobs, relax. This place is not exactly the French Laundry, but for a Ruby Tuesday, it’s solid! First of all, the salad bar is really great. Lots of healthy items, everything very fresh. There is no where else in the Lehigh Valley where you can get a really solid salad bar with great items, made however you want. Saladworks bites hard. The salad bar is in good enough by itself to keep me coming over and over. They only thing they need for the salad is Cottage Cheese. Second, Ruby Tuesday’s healthy offerings are really good here! Broiled salmon and other seafood offerings are great, and calorie. If you dont feel like cooking, this is a great alternative if you order healthy. Finally, Ruby Tuesday’s is pretty affordable. If you dont feel like cooking, you dont need to spend a week’s grocery budget on dinner

Terrible. Food was terrible all around, even what my kids picked from the kids menu was terrible. Complimentary cheesy buns were nothing but salty. Salad bar was clean & organized, but the salad dressings were not marked as to what kind they were. Soup was lukewarm at best. Waitress offered a discount coupon for obvious reasons. Service was the only good thing about this visit.

After all my PA trips, I finally made it to a Ruby Tuesday. I am from California and we only recently got on there but it is not very close to where I live. Many compare this place to a step up from a Chili’s. I would have to agree with that. This location in the Allentown Mall was a bit small but not too bad. I really wanted to go because I saw they had lobster mac and cheese. I am a total mac and cheese whore so it is hard to please me with this. It was very cheesy and there was quite a bit of lobster but(I know, there has to be a «but») it tasted too fishy to me. How fresh could lobster in Pennsylvania be anyway? I would have been more pleased sans lobster. I also ate the BBQ ribs on the recommendation from my server(who was very cute and nice, by the way). I was not disappointed. Very good. Not the best I have had but pretty damn good. I would go back there if I was having a craving for ribs and was back in the Allentown area. Oh, this was strange — I usually get an Arnold Palmer to drink when I dine out. They call their version«RT Palmer.» I’m not sure what that is all about but it was waaaay to sweet for me.
