I purchased a stove on July 11, 15 that was supposedly on back order, So I had to wait four weeks before it actually was delivered, I waited after three weeks, I receive a call the stove is discontinued. I was given a choice to get new model for same price or floor model. I decided let me go in person, the original sales person was not there, no one knew what I was talking about, come back Friday. Ok came back Friday, he was not there come back or call Monday. After many calls to store customer service, I called original sales person on his cell twice before I received a response. Ok we figure floor model for reduced fee is a great deal. I wait until next week get it delivered and it is electric! I need gas, ok so now we wait another week to get new one delivered, but had gets picked up right away! ! Than we go to store again, speak to sales man, he tells us stove is fine no scratches no dents. Ok so we will get it next week! We get it, it has a huge dent on the top panel, we have pictures to prove stove was perfect and now this! !! I called, emailed and left many messages I am so frustrated! Never buying here again! !!!
