T mobile is a good company, but this store in LV Mall is not. I opened five lines at the store several months ago and could not decide which type of SIM card (micro, nano, or regular) to get for two of the five lines. The representative told me that I could go back there any time and they would give SIM cards for free. I went there this Saturday, but was told that they will have to charge me $ 15 a SIM card, since I do not have «insurance» on my account. When I ask to see the manager, the store clerk went in a office and came out and said the manager is at lunch break (it was 8pm at the time). I will have to wait for 30 minutes.
